Hotel Palacio Del Retiro, Autograph Collection, Madrid

Hotel is very nice, a little too old school for my taste, not modern at all but it has a nice historic vibe. The staff is great specially at the lounge restaurant area. Food is extremely good. Try the burger or the club sandwich.

Wife loved it so coming back for sure.

Went for drinks, the service was quite poor and all cocktails were premade instead of bringing the bottle to the table.made it 1 star now that they take the trash bag out through from the sitting area where we're having drinks!

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, junto al parque El Retiro. En cuanto a las instalaciones del hotel estaban en muy buenas condiciones y el personal del hotel fue muy amable y atento durante toda mi estancia.

Estuvimos mi pareja y yo. La habitación una preciosidad, la ubicación perfecta y qué decir del trato del recepcionista Guillermo, mil gracias por la atención y a Juan Carlos que nos solucionó rápidamente un pequeño problemita en el baño y a las chicas de recepción y el equipo de desayunos. Vaya trato más exquisito, de 10. Eternamente agradecida. 100%recomendable.

Si buscas un hotel 5 estrellas bien ubicado frente al Parque del retiro y cerca de los principales sitios de interés turístico calidad precio de excelencia, una sala de masajes para brindarte relajación y bienestar después de los largos recorridos por la ciudad el spa y zona de gym la atención del staff es inmejorable

The rooms and decor are lovely in this hotel, but the bar is far too formal, needs a relaxed space to sit and have a drink, we would have it it was there!

Pequeño hotel muy bonito y de lujo coma restaurante pequeñito pero con mucha calidad, tienen un menú ejecutivo por tan solo 22 €.
La atención que dispensa el personal es exquisita. Lugar muy recomendable para comer.

An amazing hotel. One of my favorite Marriott properties. The rooms where amazing and so was the service. A well preserved historic hotel. We will be back.

Such a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to help me and my son feel welcome. My son was 7 weeks at the time and we asked for a crib, not only did they bring one they also brought an infant tub and changing table, some children's bath products and the cutest miniature bathrobe. Also they were so welcoming and helped with the stroller and referenced us by name. We only stayed one night but I wish we had known how lovely it would be and stayed there all week! Also, lovely views of the park from our room. The ONLY drawback was parking / unloading the car. The building is not well marked and the road in front of the hotel is quite busy so we had to do 2 laps to realize that was the entrance!
