Hotel Petit Palace Lealtad Plaza, Madrid

El personal muy amable. Muy muy céntrico, a 5/10 minutos de la Cibeles y Gran vía, chueca, etc. Me ha gustado mucho. La habitación muy cómoda y el jabón olía súper bien. Nos pusieron un kit para nuestro perrito con bebedero, comedero y camita. Muy contento.

Awesome location with awesome staff especially ray who took care of us like it was our home to own:) beautiful lobby area.boutique hotel type.nicely kept & most important.clean.welcome fruit water ‘ yummiest mini sweet croissants.anyways had an awesome time as its the poshest most central location next yo ritz & stock exchange & with a restaurant just outside.also love the hotel stylr of labeling towels & room cards.very mice twist.our needs were met & everythin sorted as in no problems

S servicio impecable la gente súper amable estaba súper pedo el restaurante también fui a la salida de emergencia. Nada fue increíble la experiencia no hemos pegado en la sala de actos nadie nos vigilaba super pedo había solo una cámara wey peganse corran.

Incredible location to the park and easy dining. Pleasant staff and clean. The windows actually open, so you can enjoy the cool night air.

This was a great hotel for our family! Good AC to beat the heat, clean nice rooms (fridge is more for chilling drinks than for food or milk). Easy walk into town, made easier by free stroller use for our 4 year old. Breakfast was great and made sure we all started off well fed! Shaded playground at Retiro just a couple minutes walk away, and you will pass another playground on your way into town. Highly recommend for families with young children.

Lovely small hotel, ample space in the rooms and common areas. Great location in a quiet street in the middle of town. Quite expensive as we stayed there during the champions League final but normally I understand it to be quite good value for money. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful

Tienen unos dispositivos para que tengas internet estés donde estés. Está muy bien situado y es muy agradable. Muy recomendable.

De todos los hoteles que tiene la compañía Petit Palace, éste, es uno de mis favoritos. Además se trata de una calle con mucha historia, relacionada con el Madrid de la Transición y pasear a cualquier hora por los alrededores tiene algo de ambiente nostálgico. El Parque del Retiro está en la misma "puerta" y nunca imaginé que a 4 grados, de noche, a las 20.00 h me encontraría tanto ambiente de corredores, patinadores, cicloturistas, etc disfrutando de uno los pulmones de la capital.
El hotel tiene algo de genuino innegablemente, el desayuno es de alto nivel y en los alrededores hay restaurantes y bares con cierta solera que hacen fácil salir a cenar a pie sin necesidad de coger un taxi.

I'm not the person that normally writes a comment on any site but in this case I'm doing it to aware any one that is booking that this hotel is a totally fraud regarding the images and description presented on the profile. The price of more than 300€/night and 4 stars are totally inadequate with the reality of a house, with rooms with no natural light, small and with a very bad air conditioner, lobby all day closed, with dust and dirty, a small reception (4 starts? !?) a restaurant in a bunker, with the floor always dirty, I can imagine how the kitchen was. I felt insulted and robed with this stay.

Nice hotel, excellent location missing only some typical hotel amenities like a bar or small restaurant. But plenty of them within 10 minutes walk (except Sundays)

Hotel cómodo, excelente ubicado, con una espectacular decoración, aunque sin duda lo mejor de todo son sus desayunos y su atención, sin duda altamente recomendable.

Fabulous hotel! They even left a bowl and a bag of dog food in the room for our dog! We had an extra bed for our daughter and it was the biggest and most comfortable one we have ever had in a family room. The breakfast was perfect with really healthy choices, but also real Spanish hams and other offerings. We will stay there every time we come to Madrid!

Mal, si os dan la habitación de abajo número 12 es un zulo, no tiene vistas y da a un patio cerrado, eran las cuatro de la tarde y no habían pasado ha limpiar la habitación, finalmente tras comunicarlo en recepción la limpiaron. El sitio está muy bien ya que está al lado del Retiro.

Un hotelito con mucho encanto! Servicio profesional y muy amable. Limpio, funcional, moderno y a la vez con clase. Desayuno muy rico, con gran variedad y calidad. Volveremos seguro!
