Sitio muy acogedor. Buen trato. Muy limpio. Desayuno rico. Y botellas de agua de cortesía. Hemos ido con 2 niñas y sin ningún problema. Esta en el centro. Entorno muy bonito. Sin duda repetiremos.

Hotel moderno, bonito, céntrico en un barrio estupendo y original puesto que su decoración es de temática vinícola. Tienen además una sala para degustar y aprender sobre vinos. Habitaciones muy limpias y bien cuidadas. Personal joven y muy amable y profesional

With the characteristic style of an Hotel Ibis, this one (Ibis Style) is above others. Very big and spacious room, with a very unique and nice balcony. Big TV screen, big and moder bathroom.
It has parking (to pay) in the building or at 200 meters.
Excellent buffet breakfast untill 11: 30 a.m, that gives you the chance to sleep a little bit more after the Madrid night (it was not so good to refuse my little daughter to bring a very little cake from the breakfast buffet.a pity that detail in a such good hotel; please, administration take care of this detail. It is not good for the hotel image. It is like to refuse water to a child!).
All the rest, perfect.

Hotel con muy buena localización, habitaciones amplias y confortables. Un servicio agradable y detallista. Espero volver la próxima vez que pase por Madrid. Como única pega que no se puede llegar en coche debido al cierre del centro. Por lo demas perfecto.

Buena situación, cerca de Atocha y de los principales museos de la ciudad. La habitación cómoda y el baño genial. Para repetir

Amazing hotel.very central clean and lovely large rooms with fridge.coffee tea wine and snacks are offered in the lobby, but there is enough cafés bars and restaurants within walking distance. Probably the best ibis styles we have stayed in and we stay in alot word of warning.if you choose to pay for parking under the hotel it only holds around 5 cars snuggly. Access if by a car lift.we have encountered this before with another hotel chain so we knew what to expect.getting in was no problem but getting the car out was a mission lining it up with the green lines in quite a tight space and our car isn't huge Also it's quite expensive 26 euros a night but we knew this so it was no problem. Car parking is available at the end of the road the hotel is on. Receptionist was attentive

Habitación muy bien insonorizada, limpísima y cómoda. Camas y almohadas increíblemente confortables, sábanas suaves y limpias. Pequeña terracita con césped artificial.
Baño de buen tamaño con detalles de amenities. Se agradecería una mejor iluminación del espejo, la luz está muy alta y son tres puntos de luz dura, lo que hace que las sombras en la cara y ojeras resalten más y no te ves favorecido, es muy simple corregirlo con una tira de LED alrededor del marco del espejo y favorece el maquillaje o afeitado.
Desayuno buenísimo y muy completo, frutas fresca cortada, jamón, variedades de quesos, bollería, café expresso.
