It was a quite pleasant experience taking the covid test here. Very helpful customer service.

While it was my fault for just a day and a bit window, things worked well. You pay for whatever test you need, get your account, do the test and look up the results in your account. The whole idea of covid testing is worrying. Medmesafe took out some of the hassles.

Very professional and quick service. There was an issue with the company who took the PCR test as the result came not online and only had a few hours left before departure of my flight. Thanks to Medmesafe the problem was solved within 20 min. Very professional! Highly recommended!

Highly efficient in responding to queries. But beware that individual labs in Spain might be slow to process Covid test results. At least Medmesafe helped me out in the middle of the night. Good job!

Was misinformed about testing for return to uk. Was extremely worried I wouldn't be able to obtain this at such short notice. I telephoned Medmesafe early this morning the lady spoke extremely good English & said it wouldn't be a problem. Finally got to Santander found the lab got the test done. Called Medmesafe who quickly hurried my results through & I'm finally in the queue to board. Cannot thank this company enough excellent service with excellent customer service. Definitely 10/10

Absolutely excellent and prompt service. We were fully supported every step of the way. Right up to the last minute when we needed a backup copy of the test results just before we boarded our ferry. Brilliant!

Very professional, efficient and fast work. Great customer service, very responsive and kind. I only regret the very expensive price of the service: 119 eur for a PCR covid 19 test. But not many labs are able to provide a test result in 24 hours nowadays, so in a way it is somehow fair:)

Paid 120 EUR for a 24-hour PCR test in Tenerife. Got the result in 48 hours and only after calling them. Everyone was very friendly and the lab work was actually completed about 8 hours after the probe was taken, but Medmesafe just forgot to put it in my file. Thus if you have *any* urgency at all concerning your test, you should call them every hour starting from about 8 hours after your test. If they ask why, point them to this review.) Also in case you are in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the lab is *not* the one they have on their web site, but it's pretty close and the listed lab will send you there. Again everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I would use the service again, so 3 stars despite their having botched the exact thing most people are paying them for. (And anyway if you *need* a 24h test for travel or something, hopefully you know to get two at different labs just in case.)
