I had a 'buen Camino'. Thank you Orbis Ways.
I had just turned 70 and was tackling my first Camino alone. Having booked with Obis Ways, I had been concerned as I did not think that their initial advice and service had been prompt or helpful, but those concerns were allayed as soon as I arrived, and they coordinated everything perfectly.
Ultimately, I found using Orbis Ways a first class way to tackle a Camino, particularly as I wanted the reassurance of accommodation en route and support if needed - although in the event I did not need any, and enjoyed the experience immensely.
I would encourage anyone to try the Camino, and Orbis Ways provide everything required. Thank you again.

We did the Madeira Levadas walking trip through Orbisways. We were plagued with problems - dropped off at wrong location, some days no luggage transfer had been arranged, on 2 of 7 days the designated trails were closed - one day we did a re-route, the other just found ourselves somewhere else to walk, written instructions on hike routes were minimal and active cell service is required to navigate. Even then, GPS tracks provided were wrong in places, missing in others. Hotel arrangements were fine but we had to basically navigate and figure out routes on our own. Don't take this trip with this company!

Acabo de terminar de hacer el Camino de Santiago, contraté a la firma y salio todo muy bien. Comunicación qamena y rápida, y sobre todo me ayudaron a que lo pudiera hacer, a pesar de los problemas de mi país. Los recomiendo

Our group of 5 had a really great experience with orbis ways. Our contact person was helpful via email and via phone. Great accommodations and each host was helpful and generous with kindness.

I travelled last week to Madeira with Orbis Ways and it has been an amazing experience. Accommodations were exceptional, and everything was explained very well, apart from that the Island is amazing, must be seen at least once in a lifetime. Dinners were very good, with local fresh homemade food! Very recomending!

Muy buena experiencia! Todos los alojamientos fueron muy bonitos y de muy buena calidad, especialmente las casas rurales. Súper recomiendo esta experiencia. Yo y mi novia somos veganos, y todas las cenas que contratamos tenían opción vegana así como los desayunos.

Hoy finalice el camino portugués desde Oporto. Quiero agradecer al agente Jonai por el buen trato recibido. Todo ha sido excelente. Me gusto mucho la calidad de los alojamientos y el servicio del departamento de asistencia en viaje. Volveré a repetir el año que viene.

Un viaje precioso y súper bien organizado, todos los sitios donde me alojé estaban muy bien, el transporte de maletas sin ningún tipo de fallo, en definitiva para repetir con su organización, yo hice el camino francés, y para otra ocasión contaré nuevamente con ellos

Me ayudaron a organizar el camino de Santiago y no tengo queja alguna, una experiencia que no olvidaré.

Y para los futuros peregrinos, si parten de Sarria, hagan el camino en mínimo 5 etapas.

VIAJE NO REALIZADO: Sarria/Santiago de Compostela.
Lamento tener que escribir lo sucedido. Es para que lo tengan presente. Contactos previos con Orbis Ways normales, buenos vendedores.
Contratación realizada y abonada 725€.
PROBLEMA, ATENCIÓN!: tuve un accidente grave, justo el día previo a mi viaje. Hablé con Orbis para tener la posibilidad de un cambio de fechas, cuando a ellos les fuera bien. RESPUESTA: imposible, NO HACEN CAMBIO DE FECHAS Y MUCHO MENOS DEVOLUCIÓN DEL IMPORTE. Ni siquiera atendieron ver el parte de incidencias del SAMUR que me tuvo que atender, informes del médicos del hospital ni nada.
Para su descargo me dijeron que no había contratado seguro de viaje. Cierto. En fin, yo también he tenido una empresa, las normas son las normas, pero he sabido resolver con criterio justo y dar alguna solución.
He perdido la ilusión y 725€. La credibilidad y profesionalidad de Orbis Ways quedan tocadas.

Súper recomendable si queréis hacer el camino sin necesidad de ir cargad@s con mochilas pesadas. Rapidez en contestar toda clase de dudas y muy buena organización para transportar las maletas.
Ha sido una muy buena experiencia.

I have walked the full Camion Frances four times but the first time with Orbis ways.
This was the most expensive company I have used particularly as I did not require an evening meal.
During the trip I was required on five occasions to phone for transfers something I don’t particular like.
The first two were acceptable although a bit isolated the third one was a guest house run by an elderly couple who spoke no English there was I think three houses and nothing else nowhere to even get an evening meal, I ended sitting in my room waiting for morning to get back on the Camino. I check the other two transfers and they looked to be isolated as well particularly the cottage that I was supposed to transfer to the night before arriving in Santiago, If I had gone there, I would not have been able to make the Pilgrim Mass at 12 o’clock in Santiago on competition of my Pilgrimage. I ended up arranging my own accommodation in the towns I walked to very easily could not understand why Orbis Ways didn’t book me into these places so that was an extra expense for me.
I told Orbis Ways that I did not need nor require a baggage transfer and yet received baggage transfer tags and was told that if I had an extra bag it would be 10 euros a day to transfer it, there was no reduction in price when I stated I did not need a baggage transfer so I feel as if I was charge for a service I did not use or ask for!
Will I use Orbis Ways on my next Camino? Defiantly not I feel ripped off over the Baggage transfer payment.

Few days ago I finished Camino Francés. Orbis Ways planned the trip for me, arranged my routes and accommodations as well as luggage transfers. Everything went smoothly from the beginning in St Jean Pied du Port until the end in Santiago. Rooms with private bathrooms that they booked for me were comfortable and clean and luggage transfers underwent without mistakes. My daily routes were well planned. In 34 days I had only two problematic situations with accommodations and their 24 hours assistance team solved them in few minutes. I enjoyed every minute of my Way. I am planning to return and do some other route - Norte and Portugués gor sure. Orbis Ways will be my choice again.

Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable, por su parte Orbis Ways cumplió sobradamente con los servicios acordados.

Una experiencia fantástica en la organización y ejecución de mi viaje haciendo el Camino de Santiago portugués. El único problema lo tuvimos en algunos hoteles a causa de colchones muy incómodos, ciertos olores desagradables y algunos desayunos poco saludables. Pero mi valoración de esta empresa en general es muy buena, ya que no me he tenido que preocupar de nada, solo de preparar la maleta, dejarla en la recepción de cada hotel a las 8: 00 y caminar hasta el siguiente hotel. Repetiría con ellos sin dudarlo.
