Highly not recommend it! Don't stay
I am Asian and this hostel is full of discrimination.

1.when I arrived and checked in at the reception, there were a lot of people there, but the receptionist helped the white people who arrived later to serve first and skipped me
2.there were two people at the counter, but only one of them was always serving, the other one was playing dumb.
3. Because of my ankle injury, I asked if I could get a lower bed, the counter looked at my face and asked the dumb lady next to her.than she told me no, down is full, up only (the lower bed is full, you can only get an upper bed.)
4. When I arrived at the room, I found out that the upper bed they had arranged for me was already occupied. I went back and questioned them and they switched me to a lower bed in the same room. What a miracle, is it?
5.the lock of the toilet door was broken (or maybe it’s a decoration?) ; when I tried to fill the water from the faucet, i found out the water was yellow and disgusting.
6. I booked 3 nights and the room card was always inaccessible at the next day, so I had to go back to the counter to reset it
7. After checking out, I paid 1€ to the counter to deposit my luggage, but the counter let me put my luggage in a dirty and smelly space in the basement, and only after I said its so dirty here, they opened the door of a room to let me in.

Three nights was a ridiculous experience!
i can understand the receptionist can’t speak English well, after all it’s not everyone has the opportunity to learn English well, but I don't understand how can they being so stupid and dumb

這是一間充滿歧視的青旅

1. 剛抵達在櫃台報到時，現場很多人，明明我先到，但櫃台小姐卻幫後到的白人先服務，直接略過我
2. 櫃台明明有兩個人，卻永遠只有一個人在服務，另一個不知道在耍笨還是幹嘛？建議不要出來了
3. 因為腳踝受傷，有詢問是否能安排下舖，櫃台看了看我的臉，再問了隔壁那位耍廢的後，跟我說不行 下舖都滿了，你只有上鋪
4. 到房間之後，發現他們安排給我的上鋪早有人睡了，我到櫃台質問，他們就幫我換成了同房的下舖位置了，真厲害
5. 廁所門鎖是壞的，永遠關不起來；水龍頭的水是黃的，想裝水來喝卻發現噁心至極
6. 我訂了三晚，房卡永遠隔天就無法感應，需要再去櫃台重新設定
7. 退房後，花了1歐元至櫃台寄放行李，結果櫃台讓我把行李放在地下室一個髒到靠北還發臭的空間，值到我說its so dirty here，他們才開了一間房間的門讓我進去放行李。

三晚的體驗荒謬至極
櫃台人員英文不好還可以體諒，畢竟不是人人都有機會學好英文，但腦子不好我就不知道是在衝三小了

En la app dice que el check in es a partir de las 11 y por eso lo elegí. Cuando llegué, sorpresa, es a las 15 hs. Tuve que esperar 4 hs!

Had an awesome 2 nights here. Don't know why there's bad reviews.
The staff do actually speak English, not that they have too, this is Spain.
I got turned away from another hostel as I had a bike. The girls at this place helped me get it stored safely in the garage and were so nice to me all the time.
The breakfast was 4.50 and was a decent spread.

Cheap hostel with great vibe. Beds aren't the best but still a 5 star place, especially for the price which was by far the cheapest I found

El lugar en general bien por calidad precio, el desayuno justito las cafeteras funcionan a trancas y barrancas y el chico d recepción bastante desagradable, no te da ni las buenas noches cuando entras y se las das tu me parece una falta d educación, por lo demás un hotel para pasar una noche o dos como máximo!

No salía agua caliente para ducharse y a veces se cortaba incluso el agua fría en la habitación 42. No lo recomiendo.

Buena ubicación y atención. La decoración muy bonita y las habitaciones estupendas, dormimos muy bien y sin ruido. Además cuentan con varias zonas comunes que están muy bien.

Camas súper cómodas, ubicación inmejorable a 5 minutos de la puerta del sol.habitacion doble genial en pareja

Excelente ubicación. Para ser un alojamiento de una estrella, me sorprendió la limpieza de las instalaciones y el trato con los clientes. Me ayudaron también a orientarme en la ciudad, siempre con mucha amabilidad.

Ubicación increíble, limpio y muy bonito situado a escasos metros de la puerta del sol, cuenta con recepcion 24horas Sonia muy simpática. El desayuno muy hueno amplio y barato

Los espacios comunes del Hostel muy cuquis pero lo recomiendo. La chica de recepción tuvo un trato bastante agradable, la habitación de los Colchones cómodos, disponen de almohadas, colchas extras, y la ducha eco esta muy bien.por el precio que pagamos merece la pena.

Me gusto es bueno tiene taquillas. Por cama baños independiente dentro de él cuarto la verdad lo recomiendo 100% muy limpios

Sergio (night receptionist) was the best part of my stay. He was so helpful, polite and professional. He made sure I felt comfortable and welcomed. I almost fall in love with him. Will definitely stay here again every time I come back to Madrid!

La verdad es que me ha sorprendido este hostel. Es muy cómodo y acogedor. Ya me lo habían recomendado, pero ha superado mis expectativas. Le pongo un 10 tanto al lugar como al personal que es muy amable.

I loved my visit here, I do believe that the room were not in the best of state however the food more than made up for it.

NO RESERVAR ESTE HOTEL. No devuelven el dinero. El hotel estaba cerrado por el confinamento y aun espero respuesta. Vergonzoso. Cuidado este invierno!

No sólo no pudimos ir al hotel por el covid, si no que no nos devuelven ni 1€, dejan de contestar correos y se desentienden del problema. PÉSIMO HOSTAL Y PÉSIMO TRATO. Hay mil sitios mejores en Madrid. Nefasto, nunca cojáis este hotel, y menos en los tiempos que corren, como haya otra pandemia os quedáis sin ir y sin dinero.

Muy económico, y la decoración muy original, y muy acogedor. Buen trato. Totalmente recomendable para cuándo estás de paso por Madrid. Muy céntrico.

Very modern and well equipped hostel, busy with all the people checking in and the resteraunt. Staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Hostel was clean and neat when we arrived. The first day we got here we told the front desk that our room was very hot: they said that they would fix the temp from the front desk and everything was ok. We gave it hours and then nothing. We went down to the desk day two and again they said, it is fixed, but our room is not 18 Celsius it is very hot. So we ended up cracking the window. The front desk was not concerned with our temperature.

Overall descent clean room very hot. Would not return.

Struttura pulita, ben servita al centro città, ottima colazione sia qualitativamente che come proposta di cibi.
Personale qualificato è disponibile. Camere comode e spaziose, ben frequentato dagli ospiti.
