Mucho cuidado con esta web. Hemos alquilado con ellos en Gaucin una casa rural que nada tiene q ver con lo publicitado y lo malo es que se pago anteriormente. La casa “rural” se encuentra pegada a una carretera con bastante tránsito con el consiguiente ruido de coches (no lo indican en la publicidad de la casa rural). Nos confirmaron que no había escalones en la planta principal, pues tenemos en la familia una discapacitada…. Esta lleno de escalones, aire acondicionado solo en algunas habitaciones y además no funciona bien. El ruido de los coches es horrible …. No confiéis en esta empresa…. Pedimos ir a ver la casa antes de pagar y nos dijeron que era imposible…. En fin …. Una y no más …. Menuda bazofia de empresa …. Estáis advertidos….

Fantastic company, professional and helpful. Gave us directions to villa and a booklet with local and further places to visit with travel times. Excellent service, first time using Rustical Travel and will definitely use again.

¡VERGONZOSO! Estuvimos este verano en una casa rural alquilada a través de su página web. Aparte de ser una casa diferente a la de las fotos, falta de higiene mirarás por dónde mirarás, escaleras imposibles de subir y bajar, olor y presencia de humedad en las paredes, techos extremadamente bajos, plástico envolviendo tuberías para evitar el goteo de estas y así un largo etcétera. Me mandaron un enlace para compartir mi opinión hace más de tres semanas y seguramente no es lo que ellos esperaban por lo que han decidido NO publicarlo, haciendo así que la gente siga reservando sin saber la realidad. NO recomiendo en absoluto esta empresa, NO volveré a reservar con ellos.

Mauvaise expérience. Electroménager d'un autre âge, des accessoires décrits non présents et des services non prestés. Bref, prix de location excessif au regard de ce qui est proposé.

We, as a villa owner have worked for almost ten years with Rustical Travel and have only good things to say about them in dealing with us as owners and also with clients, making it very easy for clients requests and nedds to cone through to us. We have tried with others like Air BnB and Booking, which were both a disaster as they do not give the personal touch and are only after the money, not caring about each clients different needs. I thoroughly recommend them

Todas las casas tienen algo especial, estuvimos en una casa en Andalucía y la disfrutamos mucho, muy recomendable.

Estuve con toda la familia en una casa en Cortes de la Frontera y pasamos las mejores vacaciones que hemos tenido. El trato que obtuvimos fue excelente, no sólo por la detallada información sobre la zona, sino por la atención recibida en la llegada y durante toda nuestra estancia que nos solucionaron el mínimo problema al instante. Me destacó la gran calidad de los materiales de la casa que nos facilitaron mucho el descanso y las vacaciones en general.

After our experience with Rustical Travel, we will gladly vacation in Spain wherever there is a Rustical property!

We loved the property in Bubion, high on the southern shoulder of the Sierra Nevada. The home was such a lovely example of Alpujarran local life. The house was clean, well kept, had everything we needed, and had a history there in the village-which is important to us (what I mean is it wasn't a new property that had no soul).

Rustical's onsite staff gave us a good orientation. The views were amazing and we fell in love with our neighbors, the assortment of village cats and dogs who regularly checked up on us.

We enjoyed the high villages or Pampaniera, Bubion, and Capaliera, and the home was a great place for exploring the region on foot, horse (Raphael at Riding Andalucia is wonderful), and by car.

A perfect place.

We hope to return here for a more extended time of rest and enjoyment of Spanish village life. And the Rustica team is wonderful-every communication was perfect, all details thought out in advance.

I've used Rustical Travel at least six times now and just got back from another trip to northern Spain. We like super-comfortable very rural cottages that fit in to the landscape but are within striking distance of holiday essentials (friendly bars… good restaurants… decent markets or shops). We like doing day-walks straight out from a house and they come up trumps here. Rustical has a fantastic selection of cottages or villas with tonnes of photos and detailed info, and they seem to take a lot of trouble to make sure it is accurate. What you see online is what you get, in my experience. The people at Rustical Travel are really friendly, they deal with queries swiftly, plus you get a great personalised info pack with lots of properly useful suggestions and recommendations in plenty of time before you set off. I have visited northern Spain many times over the years and Rustical Travel have been the only fool-proof way of finding somewhere you'd actually want to go back to.

We stayed at Finca San Lorenzo in Santiago de Compostela via Rustical Travel in May 2018 and had a lovely relaxed weekend. The property was unique as part of a converted water mill with a fantastic history to it. A small stream runs through the garden and under the house providing a wonderful backdrop and the garden was well equipped as a place to relax between outings to the gorgeous countryside. A swimming pool in the upper garden was perfect for cooling off. The owner living adjacent to the property was available to provide advice and information, and the town was only a 15 minute walk away along quiet lanes. A beautifully appointed property that I can highly recommend. The Rustical Travel office were really helpful in making all the necessary arrangements and added real value.

Best company I have ever used to rent holiday homes. Great attention to detail, very useful and relevant advices on what to do, very detailed directions to arrive, etc. I have been on two of their homes and both were great. I am recommending Rustical travel to all my friends. Great experience.

Prompt, efficient and very helpful company. Dealt with last minute requests effectively. Property was exactly as described. Staff on the ground very pleasant and welcoming. We will use Rustical Travel again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
