Este es nuestro tercer año con Espana en Moto, simplemente increíble. Desde la discusión sobre el alquiler hasta la devolución de las bicicletas, todo impecable.

320 EURO!? Do you want to pay that much for a small repair? If so then this company is for you! That's how much I was charged for the replacement of a cheap very poor quality plastic hinge on a Triumph luggage I broke by accident. So even though they do provide a good service and have good bikes, it was very difficult for me to say I enjoyed my experience in Spain. Thank you Diego!
The bike I returned in perfect condition with more gas than they gave me. In the USA I would be able to repair this piece with $10 of epoxy glue, but in Spain I couldn't find anything of proper quality, and I DID try. I was told to pay the 320 Euro or otherwise I could leave the 1200 Euro deposit and wait to see how much MORE the repair would be! Diego told me that this garbage luggage is at least 1000 Euro or more to replace the whole thing! All that for a tiny hinge! My plane leaves in 3 hours, so I am at their MERCY and they know it. Now mind you the bike they rented me (Triumph Trophy) was NOT PERFECT AT ALL, it had SCRATCHES on the left AND right side of the fairing. They did not fix those before giving me the bike. A rain suit they gave me was a CHILD's size XL (I wear size men's Medium) and had a huge hole in it, making it useless for rain. I would probably NOT use this company again because they DID NOT give me the same quality they DEMANDED from me. You can use them at your own RISK.

Dishonest thieves! They stole my deposit and lied to my credit card company by claiming they offered me a voucher when they did not.

Do not book with these guys! I made a reservation with the agreement that if there was a cancellation within 30 days of the rental date, there would be a full refund. Covid hit and they changed their policy to say no refunds and kept my money. They claimed they provided a voucher to my credit card company, but did not send me anything. A voucher was not our original agreement. Every other company is refunding money including the airlines and hotels. This is such a poorly run business that when times got hard, these guys took money from customers to fund a new fleet of vehicles (this what they told me). An agreement means nothing to these guys and the rule of law does not apply in Spain. They can change their policy at any time, so watch out!

Diego planned a great route for us, taking us from Madrid to San Sebastian to Barcelona along the Pyrenees. We saw wine regions, old towns, big cities, fantastic motorcycle roads, everything we could have hoped for. Bike was new, in great shape and performed wonderfully. Will absolutely use Diego and espanaenmoto spainmotorcycle.com again

What a fantastic tour Diego arranged for us (my parents and I) - we did the Road & Weekend trip. Diego prepared a wonderful personalised trip itinerary, preloaded GPS systems, fantastic bikes, and he even took the time to personally escort us on the first leg of the trip (and had a coffee with us!) which made leaving Madrid completely hassle-free.
Highly recommend to everybody who is wanting to do a motorcycle trip in Spain! Thanks Diego!

Motorcycles in good condition.

Me contacté con España en Moto para hacer un recorrido por España (junto con 4 amigos más). Diego nos planificó un viaje excelente! Realmente super recomendable. Recorrimos El noroeste de España y Portugal. El viaje está muy bien organizado, te entregan un libro de viaje con el detalle de todo el recorrido (el libro dice como hay que indicarle al GPS para que nos lleve por las carreteras y lugares específicos y que no tome autopistas), en el libro también te explica lo que vamos a ver en cada lugar y lugares para visitar y comer. También teníamos todos los hoteles reservados, todos de primera.
Realmente Diego, Juan Carlos y Adrián (las personas de España en Moto que nos atendieron) son sumamente agradables y serviciales.
Como punto a mejorar: los intercomunicadores de los cascos, prácticamente los 5 fue imposible que nos comunicáramos porque se cortaba, dos se conectaban y los otros 3 a veces. Los intercomunicadores son Cardo pero de una tecnología vieja, ya hay mejores en los cuales esto no sucede.
Otra mejora es el tiempo establecido para cada recorrido diario que es un poco justo, tal vez porque fuimos 5 motos y cada vez que uno para se pierde más tiempo (cargar combustible, almorzar, etc). Posiblemente esto no sucede si el grupo es más pequeño.

Volveremos a contratarlos para realizar otro tour por España!
