Spaneasy - Spanish Lessons, Madrid

We took classes with Spaneasy for about two months. The instructors were very good and knowledgeable. The staff at the school was also very nice and helpful. It was fun to have students from other countries in our class. We learned a lot. We had to leave Madrid for a few months but now that we are back, we hope to get back to our classes once we get settled. I was really impressed at how quickly they got us doing online classes when the lockdown occurred. (See photo) Thanks Spaneasy!

Nuestra au pair ha tenido clases en esta escuela y el trato ha sido estupendo desde el primer momento, además estaba muy contenta porque ha mejorado mucho su nivel de español y además ha hecho muchos amigos y ha disfrutado de las actividades. ¡Gracias a todo el staff!

You say that you gave 2 years to complete the classes? It's been 2 years since I paid for the classes this month. So you did not give me the 2 years to complete the class as the deadline would have been this month. But the deadline you gave me was last year. This is what I mean when I say poor communication.
Once again they have falsely accused me of FRAUD.
I didn't ask for any "false documentation". I asked for a document to show the online classes that I had attended. Since when is that illegal?

I just wanted the service that I paid for.

I lost about 600 Euros with this school. I had paid for the classes but I wasn´t able to do them because my dad had passed away and I had to go back to South Africa. I did a few online classes - which were horrible-. Their connection was very poor, the teacher was not prepared, their camera/audio didn´t work properly. Thats why I waited to go back and do face-to-face classes.
They did not make it clear that my credentials will expire at the end of the year because there were mixed messages.
When I phoned to plead with them because I worked very hard for that money (1 euro = 20 South African Rands) and if I could please do classes, they threatened to call the police and kick me out of Spain because apparently I was registered at the school and not doing classes. I explained that my father passed away and she said "we all have problems and these are the rules".

Ho frequentato tre corsi alla Spaneasy (A2, B1.1 e B1.2) e in tre momenti differenti, con tre professori diversi, uno meglio dell'altro. Sono uno di quelli che fa tante domande e mai nessuno di loro me l'ha fatto pesare, nonostante fossero classi collettive. Facile da raggiungere, lavorano bene sotto tutti gli aspetti e in segreteria parlano anche italiano, cosa da non sottovalutare per chi si trasferisce a Madrid e non spiccica una parola di spagnolo. Con loro le lezioni "volano" e non sono didascaliche. Sarò sincero: mi hanno fatto sentire in famiglia. ¡Qué viva Spaneasy!

I took A2 classes at Spaneasy twice per week for 4 months and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The entire staff is super friendly. I would especially recommend my instructor Irene, she is an excellent teacher.

Je suis Maria je vient de l’île de la Réunion et grâce à ERASMUS j’ai eu la chance de venir en Espagne précieusement à Madrid où j’ai participé à des cours d’espagnole durant 4 semaines chez Spaneasy. J’ai débuté en tant que stagiaire dans leur entreprise mais mon espagnole était très faible du coup il mon proposer de suivre des cours d’espagnole pour mieux m'améliore ce qui à bien fonctionné car maintenant je comprend plus les mots et surtout j’arrive mieux à m’exprimer en Espagnole et la meilleur façon d’apprendre une langue c’est de vivre avec des gens qui parle cette langue les professeurs sont très sympathique et surtout patient. C'est une grande école d'espagnol qui se situe au cœur de Madrid. Le personnel sont très accueillantes et souriantes. Je vous le conseille vivement si vous voulez à prendre plus rapidement l'espagnol

- C’est au centre de Madrid se qui est bien que ce soit au niveau des métros ou bus.
- Les profs sont très sympathique, il n’hésite pas à vous aider et à venir vers vous pour savoir comment vous vous on sortez.
- Les cours sont très bien rythmés on ne s’ennuie pas et il font preuve de professionnalisme.

Gracias a profesoras como Amanda pude perfeccionar mi español, me gusto mucho su método de enseñanza y la empatía que tiene con sus alumnos.

Gran academia para mejorar el idioma, las aulas son muy chulas y los profesores explican de una manera que de verdad entiendes.

It´s a great Spanish academy! Small class sizes, great teachers and one of the best things is that they are so flexible on the schedule. You never have to lose a class that you´ve paid for because of a trip, or being sick, or work. Once you present some sort of proof of why you´re missing the class, whaaalaaa they add it to the end of the classes that you´ve paid for. I´ve never seen such great flexibilty with an academy before. Also, it´s in a great location, right in the centre next to plaza del sol. Really recommend this school!

Spaneasy is a fantastic school with great teachers and staff. I first was introduced to Spaneasy through a culture and history workshop. We had a bunch of tapas and drinks during the event, and they even gave us a nice bottle of olive oil as a gift. I enjoyed it so much I went again, and they were gracious enough to give me another bottle of the olive oil, lol.

The following year, I enrolled in their intensive (4-hr/day) C1 class for several weeks over the summer. My classmates and I had a great time in class, learning, laughing and improving our Spanish in the heart of Madrid:)

I liked Spaneasy a lot! I took a course of 2 weeks to make a quick preparation for Dele B2 because my time was limited. I chose 4 schools in Madrid, I was a bit worried about making all on time and Spaneasy was the only one who accepted my request considering my special dates, schedule and price. The guys there answered on all of my questions about the program and helped me to book it. I had individual classes and it made my progress grows fast. People there are really the professionals. They will provide you with any info you need, give you all the material and make your knowledge be good. Also, want to note that besides all that, they have an incredible location.
Totally worth it!
