The beautician did it in a hurry. She did not have a nice technique in waxing and seemed not able to handle the wax, as it was dripping all over the place. The job was done at the end, but for someone who is just starting to wax it will be a horrible experience! Would not recommend.

He disfrutado y he quedado sumamente sastifecha de la limpieza facial y la cera caliente ya que sufría mucho por los bellos incrustados y después de usar el folisan que lo venden ahí mismo he visto los resultados positivos. También uso unas cremas para el rostro marca ANESI que también me ha prestado muy bien. Todos los servicios y productos que he usado los recomiendo

El tratamiento con INDIBA es espectacular para la piel. Muy por encima de cualquier otro tratamiento. Volveré sin falta. El trato es cercano y muy profesional. Altamente recomendable.

Do not go here. The wax is applied with the same popsicle stick for all strips, so it is contaminating the wax. This is the number one red flag for waxing places, as it can give you an infection. It is disgusting that they do this and dangerous for their customers. Update to owner response: the product is disposable but they do not dispose of it. They used the same popsicle stick and put it back into the wax pot multiple times.

It was professional and quick but I found it to be too expensive, although I understand it probably has to do with the location.

Este sitio es genial lo descubrí de casualidad y ahora no lo cambiaría al principio fui a hacerme la piernas e ingles con cera. La cera que utilizan hace que te dure más tiempo la depilación, yo que soy de vello muy abundante y fuerte me encantó. Además el personal es muy agradable y atento me recomendaron un retardante del vello de extracto de papaya que me animé a probarlo en las piernas y fue muy bien tardaba el doble en volver a depilarme y el vello salía más fino, ademas en algunos lugares ya no crecía como pequeñas calvas. También ofrecen depilación láser que al final me estoy realizando en inglés, axilas y línea del alba los efectos son increíbles. En las axilas con 4 sesiones tarda en crecerme el vello como dos meses y medio. En las inglés aún aparece antes pero no en la misma cantidad sino mucho más fino.
Definitivamente recomiendo este sitio es ideal para depilarse el trato es impecable y el personal marivolloso.

El mejor centro de depilación de todo Madrid, por la mejor especialista en estética. Trato correctísimo, una depilación cuidadosa evitándote el dolor y muy perfeccionista. Como en casa:)

I came in hoping to make an appointment for later that day or the following day. The lady was helpful and was able to squeeze me in right away.
Despite the language barrier she was very courteous and she proceeded to give me my best bikini wax to date.

So, so great! I called and made my appointment for the next day (in English) and I’m so glad I found this place while visiting Madrid. Professional, kind, clean, affordable. I’ll be here again next time I’m in Madrid.

Very unprofessional. My first time waxing and she was not helpful. Proceeded to start waxing even after expressing that it wasn’t long enough and would not work. Was unable to answer any questions and made me feel very uncomfortable during the whole session. I am not an expert in hair removal, that is why I am here as a client, there is no need to make a client feel guilty for using a razor. Everyone needs to start somewhere but I suggest you don’t start here!

Amazing Brazilian wax! Cecilia is a pro and did a great job. (Essentially) pain-free and one of the best waxes I’ve ever had. Only €25 which is an unbelievable price compared to what I pay in California. Will definitely be back! Do yourself a favor and go to Star and Sun ASAP.
