Tienda súper amplia y ordenada. Da gusto comprar tranquílamente. Estuve esta mañana y la chica de caja, Amanda, fue súper simpática. Me resolvió la duda que tenía y me dio una bolsita de tela para mis botas. Muy atentas las chicas, volveré mas veces cuando vuelva a madrid!

Fui el pasado miércoles en la tarde en busca de un regalo para mi novia y las chicas me supieron aconsejar y dar un conjunto. Súper agradecidas con ellas le encantó. Hay cajas automáticas donde te evitas hacer fila y la ubicación excelente en el centro sin estar tan aglomerado. Gracias!

Me gustaría dar las gracias a la chica que estaba hoy encargada de los vestuarios. Increíble su maravillosa actitud. Encantadora, profesional, amable, simpática…un 10 absoluto. Preciosa en todos los sentidos. Gracias gracias y gracias! …y enhorabuena!

Buena ropa.lo que desagrada es el aromatizante que usan produce alergia no entiendo como el encargado no se da cuenta de eso.

Un experiencia nefasta
Nadie atiende, todos quejándose del trabajo, conversan y no hacen ni caso, cuando he pedido otra talla la cajera o encargada que estaba charlando con su compi me ha dicho que ella no sabía, después de tenerme que tragar lo mal que lo pasó en la inspección de trabajo

One staff member is really rude. No patience at all. It's 20 minutes before closing that I walked in. Instead of being polite and offering for help, she exuded this very demanding approach. She almost asked me what I was doing! She basically seemed like she did not want people to be touching the clothes. How will I be able to decide what I am going to buy if I do not touch them? Obviously, I would like to check the texture, the length, the color, the price, and the style. Maybe she did not want people to disorganize the clothes, 'cause I know some people do that. But I always try to fold the clothes back or hang them back where I took them. My issue here is her approach and attitude. If she wanted less work before and/or after closing time, then just DO NOT LET PEOPLE IN 30 minutes before closing time! That way you have time to organize the clothes before you leave the store! I just lost my interest and dropped the other clothes that were in my hand and left the store! It has happened a few times already. If you want customers to just be window shopping and just point their fingers to whatever they want, better close the branch there.

Tienda muy nueva y en un emplazamiento increíble, en los bajos del Hotel Riu. El personal muy amable

El dependiente Ángel de caja bastante incompetente, prepotente y maleducado. Para que te atiendan así, mejor no ir.
Controlen a quién ponen a trabajar cara al público y sí no están capacitados qué estén en el almacén.
