Took about 3.5-4 weeks to receive as they came from Spain. No shipping or tracking info and no response to any emails which was frustrating. I went and got my nails done for Disney professionally. They were super cute and I was so excited. Even after using top coat, etc.they only lasted about 3 days I haven't done any strenuous activity involving my hands and I avoided hot water for the first 24 hours to help them seal.super disappointed. See pics for before and after. (3rd pic is after. Tinkerbells feet are missing and the castle is almost gone).

Still waiting on my products that I ordered on August 19th. Emailed this company 3 times and haven't received a message from them at all. I spent $21 and don't have a tracking # nor a response from them. I wouldn't order from them and I won't order again. Very bad business practices.

Amazing and beautiful said my wife. I bought the Mistery Nail Art Goody Bag and my wife loved it. SHe has been buying since then. Husbands if you want an original present, buy that.

The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because of the waiting time, it took a month to arrive, when I emailed them about my order they responded promptly and professionally, the decals were amazing, love every single one of them and everything I ordered came. If it's something you need right away, probably shouldn't order from here, but if it's something that can wait a month, its definitely worth it. Placing my second order soon. SN: I live in Michigan.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE AMERICAN! They will rip you off and then message you unprofessional INSULTING messages. I received an order THAT WAS INCOMPLETE* IT CAME WITH THE FACE NAILS IN THE FRONT OF THE PACKAGE AND THE OTHER 16 were not there.so I messaged them to tell them they did not send me what I spent $10 on. They offer me a $3 refund.not a replacement. I need these nails for my Halloween Costume. I am obviously out $10 I have 8 nails and when I ask for a resolution or replacement BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE THIS IS THE MESSAGE I RECEIVED!

Good luck if you need to contact customer service. They only have an email to which they seem to respond every other day. My order took 2 weeks to arrive and I was so over dealing with them that I asked about how to make a return or get a refund and never had any further correspondence. They wouldn’t even answer my emails anymore. I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from this “company “.

Ordered these on April 10 & had them in hand on April 22. I am in the US and they are in Spain so I think 12 days from order to delivery is on point, Great selection and prices are very affordable.

Placed an order from Texas. Took 2 weeks to get it exactly, but this isn't Amazon. And its coming from Spain. Only thing the items were sent in a envelope so there was not tracking information available. Will definitely repurchase
