Great restaurant to enjoy a traditional spanish food and authentic flamingo show. Reservation in advance recommended

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. We purchased 4 tickets online to see a show at Flamenco Torres Bermejas several weeks before our trip to Madrid. We arrived at the venue early on a cold, rainy evening and waited in a very long, slow moving line. After 50 minutes of waiting we finally reached the front door only to be informed by the doorman that they were not letting anyone else in and that we could not see the show. There were roughly 25-30 people standing in line in back of us (who had paid for tickets online) who were all turned away. After we were informed that they were at capacity, a tour group of 25-30 people arrived and we were all asked to step aside so that they could enter. The “accidental” overbooking of this show was clearly not at all accidental.it was obvious that they had sold our spots (for a higher price?) to the tour group. The owner claimed that this was a “failure in the online booking system”, but if you read through any of multitude of negative reviews you’ll see that this overbooking happens often (after people have waited in line for an hour) and that the “failure in their online booking system” seems to be a recurring issue/excuse. This was handled in an extremely unprofessional manner and was a complete disappointment. I would say SKIP THIS VENUE so that you don’t waste your time. There are plenty of other flamenco shows/venues in Madrid with stellar reviews that deserve your business.

Booked a show for 5 online days in advance, got to the venue for the 7pm showing only to be told that they don't have confirmation of our booking and we had no choice but to move to 11pm, completely non-negotiable and non-apologetic. Seems like they do this often, many groups who showed up after us were also forced to watch the 11pm. Avoid this place, not worth your time and money.

Los artistas bailaron con mucho sentimiento y el que cantaba tenía una voz increíble. Cenamos mientras disfrutamos de un espectáculo increíble. Recomendable

I loved the show, although i wish they left the wine bottle at the table instead of serving us when they come around.

Nuestra visita a España por primera vez como extranjeros no recomendable el lugar. El espectáculo fue bueno y variado sin embargo la paella estaba cruda el ambiente del segundo piso nada acogedor. Muy decepcionante el ambiente visibilidad obstruida, las sillas muy abrupadas en la mesa al cuestionar un cambio de lugar fue denegado a pesar de ser haber reservado y de haber disponibilidad. Al encender las luces las lámparas apagadas por lo tanto hubo que comer a oscuras. No regresaría.

Very good flamenco performances from what I could tell. Convenient location. Sangria was delicious. Honestly food wasn't very good for the price, avoid the menus and just get the show plus drinks. Really the best advice to get maximum value is to do a "free" walking tour and ask the guide for some places, but this place is not too overpriced for show/drinks. And the show really is spectacular here. If you only have a limited time or aren't wanting to go hunting, this place is great.

Le véritable danse espagnole, accompagné de bonne accueil, bonne menu, cependant il faut, rester que une heure, car il faut changer, très vite.

Uno spettacolo unico! Cena prenotata on line. Ci è stato assegnato un tavolo ai piedi del palcoscenico, quindi è stato tutto meraviglioso. I ballerini sono eccellenti. Mia moglie è rimasta la incantata per tutta la serata, ci si immerge in un atmosfera magica.

My husband and I reserved this show 6 months in advanced, but were extremely disappointed with the overall experience. We were onsite early, but they let two big groups (100) enter before us. The groups got priority seating on the floor level and we got second level seating (the view was poor). Others who had reservations were also seated on the second level with poor visibility. The first level was all taken by the groups. The service was excellent. Food was ok (portions were small and the paella was salty). Temperature is high inside the place. Dancers were ok. I would say this activity is appropriate for elders coming in big groups.
