Increíble hotel increíble! Desde el momento en que entras, te sientes atractivo y acogedor.

Cristina me registró en la recepción y fue absolutamente maravillosa. Nos comprometimos en nuestro viaje e incluso nos dio un bonito regalo para conmemorarlo. Durante el check-in, nos llevó a una mesa auxiliar y nos dio una bebida de bienvenida y un pan de chocolate recién hecho. Tan bueno.

Las habitaciones del hotel son nuevas y modernas. Somos globalistas y nos hemos alojado aquí varias veces antes y hemos utilizado actualizaciones de suite. Solo estaremos aquí por 2 noches, por lo que también nos pasaron a una suite con terraza en la esquina aún mejor. Una de las habitaciones de hotel más bonitas en las que me he alojado, con más de 150 noches de hotel al año.

La única pequeña queja que podría tener es que las almohadas son demasiado blandas. ¡Qué hotel tan increíble!

Un lugar al que hay que ir. Hemos desayunado aquí y además de estar riquísimo todo, la atención de Daniela ha sido espectacular: desde la acogida, al desarrollo al final. Profesionales como ella hacen que volvamos una y otra vez. Una experiencia 10.

Buscando un sitio donde desayunar por redes, me encontré con el obrador del hotel Thompson. Me atendió Desi, que me explicó la cantidad de variedades de bolleria artesanal, tartas y roscones que elaboran allí. Me decidí a tomar un café (dibujo incluido) con una porción de roscón. Me gustó tanto que decidí encargar uno para llevar a casa, gracias por la recomendación y el servicio. Ella fue muy maja y agradable y lo recomiendo sin duda.

El Thompson fue una estancia maravillosa. Nos recibieron con una bebida de bienvenida y pasteles del restaurante del hotel y estaba delicioso. La habitación es preciosa. La cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas. El baño/ducha son de gran tamaño. ¡La ubicación del hotel está justo en el corazón de la ciudad! ¡Está a solo 3 o 4 minutos a pie de cualquier cosa que puedas desear! El conserje y el personal de recepción (Sandra, Ventura, Verónica, etc.) son maravillosos y serviciales. Les pedimos ayuda para reservar varias excursiones, cenas y salidas, ¡y fueron increíbles! Muy servicial y amable. En general, calificaría nuestra estancia en The Thompson con un 10/10. Sin duda lo recomiendo y me alojaré aquí de nuevo cuando regrese a Madrid.

El miércoles 10 de mayo estuvimos tomando el aperitivo en el bar del hotel nos atendió Francisco nos preparó un aperol spritz y un Martini la verdad que tanto la presentación como el sabor estaban de 10 nos pareció una persona con mucha profesionalidad y sobre todo educado y atento, también Duvan fue muy simpático y amable, lo recomiendo 100 por 100 y sobre todo sin duda volveremos y muy recomendable para pasar un buen rato

The black out curtain is not functioning well in my room and lights outside are quite bright and penetrating. Overall deco was quite trendy.

Una experiencia fabulosa! Volveremos prontamente. Nos hospedamos en dos ocasiones durante nuestro viaje por España. Desde el inicio fuimos recibidos con un trato muy cálido y atento. El personal de recepción, el personal de Management y el resto de los empleados fueron extremadamente amables y serviciales. Nos ayudaron en cada mínimo detalle y lo apreciamos un montón. Nos ubicaron en las mejores habitaciones (suite) y nos brindaron el mejor servicio posible. En cuanto a la infraestructura del hotel excelente! Hotel nuevo con una decoración moderna y sofisticada. Para los amantes del fitness cuenta con un gym súper bien equipado con vistas a las calles. La terraza ofrece vistas cautivantes de la ciudad. La piscina estaba en construcción creo que para este verano podremos disfrutarla. El desayuno sensacional con una variedad de exquisiteces. El service room siempre puntual ofrece platos bien prepararos y deliciosos. En general después de haber visitado otros Thompson’s hoteles alrededor del mundo. El de Madrid sin dudas es uno de los mejores.

Stylish hotel and sraff was super helpful. Rooftop & pool weren’t open so I’ll return once the construction is finished.

A bit frustrating. Our room was nice and big, but overlooked the plaza which is a major construction zone. Pool closed even though they had just recently uploaded a photo of it (no mention of either of these things on the website). We left early in the AM, so asked them to get us a taxi the night before which they were happy to do. Turns out there was no taxi due to a marathon, but why didn’t the night staff know that? Took us an hour on 3 metro trains, which is fine but we didn’t plan ahead for - so barely made our flight. It is a nice hotel room/vibe, but just lacking overall.

Excellent service and location. From the moment you enter, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. Even though the hotel is near the Gran Via, the rooms are very quiet. Highly recommend!

I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel, which is part of the Hyatt network, I much preferred to other name-branded Hyatts I’ve been to. The customer service was excellent—they offered us wine as we waited for our room to be prepared! I particularly appreciated the design aesthetic, which was dark tones, with small touches like soft night lighting from bed to bathroom.

Also, I had a friend with an infant staying with me, and they gave us a bigger room without asking, with a very good crib (the right dimensions/hardness to be safe, but also easy to reach).

Overall, very nice experience. I was using points to stay here, and it was extremely good value for the points.

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Madrid. Exquisite decor and design. Some of the best rooms I’ve seen in a while. Well worth the price

Siento profundo agradecimiento por la experiencia disfrutada. Las habitaciones con un ambiente extraordinario. Y el desayuno es toda una experiencia para los sentidos. Las vistas de la terraza son únicas.

Nice and neat!

I visited Thompson Madrid recently. The hotel opened in 2022. Everything was new and looked fantastic. Rooms were spacious and gorgeous.

There was a construction site right next to the hotel, so I felt a little noise from it. The hotel staffs and the manager put all the measures to resolve this issue.

I had no time to visit the pool unfortunately.

We had very pleasant stay here. The stuff (David) in front desk was wonderful, great service, helped us with planning the trip and restaurants, not only in Madrid, also our next stop Mallorca. We followed his suggestion and had awesome experience. Thanks you all, everything is great, I hope I could add unlimited starts in this review)

Excellent service and accommodations. The staff is truly dedicated to the guests. The hotel restaurant is superb for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also there is a jazz bar in the basement which adds to the fun. Congratulations to the team at the hotel!

Estuvimos en la parte baja del hotel tomando una copa y escuchando música en directo. Una pasada! El sitio es fantástico. Sobrio y elegante, pero con música flamenquita que le quitaba seriedad.muy recomendable!

Overall really great stay and would come back. The room is comfortable with modern finishes. Breakfast delicious and reasonably priced (Ordered a la carte). Finally when I was about to go to the airport, Robert went above and beyond to locate taxis for me and another guest because there was traffic control around the area. Staff at the reception were all friendly and professional as well.

We stayed at the corner suite- the experience was amazing! Interior is superb quality. Air condition can be a bit stronger but overalll no complaints

We stayed in a gorgeous suite, 312. Corner unit w/mini balconies and I've got to say this is my favorite Thompson! I love the Haytt Thompson vibes at all the Thompson's I've stayed at. The style, colors and vibes are everything! Rich masculine decor browns, golds and amber's with all women artists featured throughout the hotel. The hotel has only been open for 6 months. The staff is so attentive and friendly. They all greet you with smiles and hellos and open every door and don't miss a beat. Sandra checked us in with complimentary wines and snacks while she completed out paperwork (passport info) showed us to our suite and went over the options. We were very impressed with the size and beauty of the livingroom, bedroom and the amazing bathroom. I especially loved the shower and tolite. Our breakfasts all week in Omar their dinning area was impeccable with such detailed service as the hotel gives you. A must try is the truffle poached egg jar! Pastries are unbelievably delicious. We can't wait to come back and spend another week here! Excuse the picks. I lost all my initial photos of how impeccable the room looked when we first arrived. These are as we are leaving. Thus hotel is definitely a 6 start quality hotel.
