I recently moved to Spain from the United States and had difficulty finding a satisfactory flat to rent in Madrid. Fortunately, Ana Sanchez de Badajoz of Top Properties assisted me in showing and helping me secure a lease of a flat in central Madrid.

One challenge that Ms. Sanchez de Badajoz helped me overcome is that I am not yet fluent in Spanish. She helped me overcome this challenge by working patiently with the owner of the flat and myself to overcome communication issues.

She also often worked late into the evenings to facilitate lease discussions and always promptly answered my questions. On a Friday night when I met with her to sign the lease, she worked late into the evening to address all of my remaining concerns and was a skilled intermediary with the flat owner. In short, Ms. Sanchez de Badajoz went above and beyond my expectations and was always very professional. I highly recommend her and Top Properties to others who are looking to rent a flat in Madrid.

I came across the office because I was moved from the Netherlands to Spain for work. I hesitated to rent a property without being physically present in Madrid, but from the moment I called, they gave me all the details and I felt comfortable throughout the entire rental process. They were very transparent from start to finish and even had someone who could translate documents for me, so I felt even more comfortable because my Spanish is not very good. They went as far as to Facetime me to show me the flat and send me detailed videos. I would recommend this agency to anyone, they are honest, transparent and above all have a great customer service relationship!
