Encantados con la atención de Mido, nos ha encantado la visita y no sólo por la parte cultural y didáctica si no por su simpatía y desparpajo, 100% recomendable. Mis suegros vienen de Bélgica y quiero que sea Mido el el que les haga el tour, Mido un conductor insuperable!

Soy rumana (adoptada, por los apellidos que son de aquí) y siempre he querido saber sobre mi país pero esta vez decidí hacer una visita guiada aprovechando que mi prima venía de Canadá, y ahora Madrid para nosotros adquiere otro significado y fue gracia a la atención tan profesional de Mido, porque solo un profesional como la copa de un pino hace que un viaje de autentico conocimiento sobre Madrid se encuentre en una experiencia unica

Excelente elección para recorrer la cuidad y conocer el centro. Antonella una genia explicando y muy simpática. Nos hizo un tour con los puntos turísticos que queríamos conocer, y se disfrutó muchísimo. Súper recomendable!

Muy buen tour por todos los highlights de Madrid! Excelente guía con muchísimo conocimiento sobre la ciudad que nos permitió ver en 1 hora lo que nos demoraríamos un día en caminar. El tour nos dio una base, para en nuestro caso poder seleccionar que visitar debido a nuestra corta estadía. Zoran (guía y conductor) es muy amable y con buenísima disposición. Demasiado recomendado el tour ojalá hubiéramos echo uno más largo…para la próxima.

Very good tour of all the highlights of Madrid! Excellent guide with a lot of knowledge about the city that allowed us to see in 1 hour what it would take us a day to walk. The tour gave us a base, so in our case we could select what to visit due to our short stay. Zoran (guide and driver) is very friendly and with a great disposition. The tour is highly recommended, I wish we would have done a longer one… for the next time

Ivan took us around Madrid and was so friendly and personable, he showed us everywhere we wanted to see and gave us recommendations for local food and drinks which was really useful. 10/10 would recommend seeing the sights of Madrid on Ivans tuk tuk

Ivan fue un hombre muy gentil y disponible, interesantisima exiplicación de las calles antiguas y de la ciudad, fue llena de anécdotas particulares que nos gustaron mucho. Aunque no todos hablaban español èl se hizo comprender muy bien.

Excelente experiencia y Jimi increíble chofer muy simpático y agradable nos hizo conocer lugares que de otra forma no los hubiéramos visto…. Realmente recomendable hacer el tour de 2 horas!

On a fait un tour en famille pour 49€ les 30 min.il nous dépose où on le souhaite.
Et nous montre aussi bien les endroits pour trouver les meilleurs churros de Madrid, que le plus petit immeuble de Madrid et l'endroit où vivait Cervantès, auteur de Don Quichotte.

Si podéis gestionarlo no perdáis la oportunidad.
Rosi es la mejor guía, tiene anécdotas de todas las épocas parece que ja viajado por el tiempo, ¡además de ser simpática y cercana!

Today we had such a great experience with Tuk Tuk Tours! With so many choices to choose from it was hard to decide the best way to see Madrid and we’re glad we chose the original Tuk Tuk Tours. Zoron our driver and also the owner was incredible taking us for a two hour tour of some of the famous highlights in Madrid. He is a walking encyclopedia of information with great recommendations and without the nonsense of some of the pre-package tours he really customizes the experience. Even though it rained Tuk Tuk had rolled down sides that protected us from the rain and the sun finally came out. We were we were able to get out and take pictures of some of the famous sites

We (Family of four with teenagers) Highly recommend this for anyone looking to get the most out of Madrid it’s a great way to see the highlights and if you want you go back to the ones you like and really spend a lot of time there it’s kind of like a sampler platter by the way Zoron speaks seven languages which makes it easy to communicate I can’t say enough we were lucky this was our first choice and first time

O passeio com o Ivan foi excelente. Conhecemos diversos pontos turísticos e curiosidades locais. Madrid é uma cidade linda. Valeu muito a pena.

Quick layover in Madrid and decided to take a whirlwind tuk tuk tour. Our guide was Ivan, a lively informative and amusing guide and showed us a lot of very interesting spots and knew a lot of the local history. Not to mention the tuk tuk was a lot of fun. Recommend

We had a booking from 10-12 on April 19. After waiting 10 minutes for our tuktuk to arrive, I contacted the company asking if they had forgotten us. They had. They quickly arranged for a tuktuk to arrive 30 minutes after the original time. The driver was charming and polite and we agreed that he would drop us off at our place at the end of our two hour tour. The tour itself was ok but not great. We spent a lot of time on major roads surrounded by traffic so it was difficult to hear in the back seat. After one and a half hours, our driver gets a call from his boss, Zoran, saying that he had to drop us off where he was and go and pick up some new clients. We were at the far side of Madrid from our place. Despite the screw-up and then dumping us, Zoran insisted we pay three quarters of the fee for a two hour tour. Unprofessional and apparently unremorseful for their treatment of our group. Avoid.

In response to the response below from the company. We had a 10 am booking. I sent an email at 10: 06 to ask if they had forgotten. I then called at 10: 10 and they admitted that they had lost our booking. He then called me at 10: 20 and told me that he had arranged for a tuk tuk to arrive in 10 minutes (which it did). We were not dropped off due to traffic jams as claimed below. There were no traffic jams. We were dropped off because Zoran wanted the driver to go to a new client at noon. We and the driver had assumed that the tour would still be two hours. So, in addition to being disorganised and unprofessional, the response below indicates that Zoran is dishonest. Doubly avoid.
