Mención especial merece el Cónsul de la India que personalmente nos visitó y tranquilizó a nosotros y a otras familias a las que les robaron el pasaporte en España.
Obtuvimos nuevos pasaportes en 5 a 6 horas.

Staff commincating. Make sure you bring change if paying by cash and passport size photo. Keep take appoint before go to office.

Only 1 lady is managing everything she is good, But the system is terrible the officer to sign document is not present here and i had to go twice For signature and information Had the appointment 10 clock and they took me at 12 clock

Hoy visité VFS global para renovar el pasaporte de mi hijo. Mi experiencia fue buena, el personal me apoya mucho. Si tiene todos los documentos mencionados en la lista de documentos, no debería haber ningún problema. No había mucha gente y me tomó 1 hora en total completar el procedimiento ya que había 2 o 3 personas delante de mí.
NOTA IMPORTANTE: aquellos que viajen desde fuera de Madrid en tren. Reserve billetes para la estación de Madrid Chamartín (la más cercana a VFS global) y NO para Madrid Puerta de Atocha.

Para ser una empresa que gestiona los asuntos de la embajada de la India son muy poco empaticos y la información muy escasa, en la www no se puede entrar y por lo tanto no se puede pedir cita, una mala experiencia

Very streamlined online procedure in conjunction with the Indian visa website. The guy on the phone was well informed and polite. The postal service worked well but can you please record the courier tracking number and send it with the SMS confirmation. Thank you!

I have been today on September 12,2022, Monday, at the Madrid consulate located at Cardenal Marcelo Espinola street number 2 in Madrid, to renew my OCI card, my experience was very good at a professional level of the employee who assisted me, his name is sumit I don't know last name. Even though I have disagreement with the global VFS policy, the man who attended me has given me very good attention with kindness, serene and professionalism. Quiero da mi más sincera enhorabuena al equipo de VFS GLOBAL por su atención hace unos días y su ayuda con mi visado para ir a India. Quiero advertir que se necesita una cita y que, para conseguirla, mandé un correo a la embajada de india en Madrid. Cuando te contestan, puedes ir VFS para rellenar el papel.
Necesitas una fotocopia del pasaporte y un par de fotos, algo más grandes que las de carné. Allí hay un fotomatón cuyo precio es 5€ y puedes sacarlas.
Una vez más enhorabuena.

They are really helpful. I had a terrible problem of birth registration. I reached them one morning, since I had no idea how to solve. They helped me to solve it in a minute and next day they accepted my paperwork. I really thankful to them. Best service and very friendly behavior. I appreciate.

I had a great experience at VFS Madrid, Spain. Both the Representative Priya Kashyap & Bhavi Joshi were welcoming and guided me through the entire passport renewal process. They also encouraged me to ask questions if there were any. I was out within thirty minutes of entering. Overall, my experience with VFS Global Services Madrid was excellent and superfast.

Ms. Bhavi Joshi working at VFS Global office in madrid, is very diligent, knowledgeable and a helpful person.
I would also like to thank all the staff and foreign services staff on deputation at indian embassy in Madrid for being helpful and professional in their work.
I hope this same level of proficiency continues in future with the new staff coming in spain on rotation at the indian embassy, Namaste once again to all, Jai Hind, Jai Bharat.

It is so shameful that people attend you on telephone can, t speak hindi and spanish. Not every people speak English.

Worst service and worst experience.
First they lost my husband’s original passport and original surrender certificate and then asked us to drop a mail, many mails were dropped but no reply … not even a single reply and at the end they sent a photocopy of the surrender certificate. Original passport is still missing.
And now they have lost my original pcc and I have an appointment due in a couple of weeks to present my nationality. Worst case scenario!

Namaste, I was at the VFS Global Madrid on the 17th of March to apply for the OCI Card.
I had a very pleasant experience. The whole process went very smooth and quick as the lady officer Bhavi Joshi was very helpful, polite. Keep up the good work.
Though I am giving my feedback a bit late but I still think it is worthwhile.

I applied for my OCI (Spain, Feb 2001) online and dealt with VFS/EOI both via phone and email. They were quick at getting back, helpful, patient with my frustration and very efficient. I got my OCI in 4 weeks. We dealt with them in the UAE and they were very professional there too.
Improvements: The support staff in India need more training on the different possible cases, possible documents needed. It would save people time and money.
