10Probé este increíble jugo verde. Oh muy bueno. Nunca sabrías que es vegano. Gran servicio al cliente.
Pedí el hummus con pan de pita y estaba delicioso (un poco más ácido de lo que esperaba pero muy rico igualmente). Me encantó la textura del pan!

El ambiente es un poco sombrío, necesitan un poco de luz natural, mi Percepcion.
The food was really tasty but the sizes of the plates are not enough for lunch meals… they are better as snacks.
Puesto vegano en el food hall "Galería Canalejas" (entrada por la calle Alcalá) junto a la plaza de Canalejas.
Tienen ensaladas, bowls, smoothies, tostadas sin gluten, sopas.
Pedimos una ensalada y muy fresca, elaborada al momento (nos dieron un avisador y tardaron unos 10 minutos en hacerla) y muy sabrosa y saludable. Como ellos dicen incorporan súper alimentos, el precio creo recordar fueron unos 14€. Llenaba bastante, me gustó!
Atendimento muito cortes e comida deliciosa! Salada grega, trio de húmus e um suco funcional que estava maravilhoso!

If you're looking for a plant-based option in the Galeria Canalejas Food Court, ViBar is definitely worth a visit. This bar/restaurant offers a variety of smoothies, juices, bowls, salads, pita sandwiches and ice cream made exclusively with plant-based products.
The quality of the food at ViBar is exceptional, with fresh ingredients used in all of their offerings. The smoothies and juices are packed with flavor and nutrients, while the salads and bowls are colorful and filling. The falafels, smoothies and hummus are also delicious, with the tapas plate that offers a bit of everything is a creative combination of ingredients that make for a satisfying meal. The tahini salad is also a favorite which is similar to an Israeli salad.
The only downside to ViBar is the prices, which are on the higher end (American prices) due to its location in a luxury area. However, given the quality of the ingredients used and the excellent taste of the food, the prices are still reasonable. Plus, the ambiance of the food court adds to the overall experience. Overall, if you're looking for a healthy, plant-based meal in the Galeria Canalejas Food Court, ViBar is a great choice.
Super original y mega sano, te preparan en el momento batidos, bowls, helados, ensaladas solo con ingredientes saludables llenos de vitaminas, super detox, sin gluten, sin azucares añadidos y con opciones veganas. No hay otro igual en Madrid. El sitio, Galeria Canalejas, además es super agradable. Muy recomendable!
