Interesting experience. I usually shop at fine establishments such as Primani and this was a sick revelation. You won yourself a new happy customer.

I love Madrid but this was a scary experience and it wasn't even sales. I feel I need therapy after being here. One male staff member almost walked a trolley of clothes into me with no care and a lot of arrogance - thing is, there's nothing elitist about working in retail regardless of the location.
