22Muy bueno el hotel. Tener en cuenta que si quieres ir a Madrid tienes que hacer combinación, la tarjeta turista o 10 viajes zona A no sirve. Aunque el billete para hacer la combinación cuesta 2€
Excepto la ubicación que no tiene contacto ni con metro, tren, autobús ni nada excepto coche, taxi o similar, el hotel es un lugar para pasar la noche, habitación en hormigón cara vista, la cama lo mejor, la atención depurada, el servicio de comidas cara nooo, lo siguiente. Pero para pasar la noche como he dicho vale, el precio un poco excesivo por el lugar donde está, en el medio de un polígono industrial.
Hotel muy nuevo, estupendo, todo limpio y grande, buffet por 12 euros para darte un atracón
El edificio es nuevo pero la habitación es bastante pequeña y sin armario.desayuno rico. El personal es agradable. Para llegar a la ciudad autobús+metro. Muy al lado del aeropuerto.
Scandinavian style Hotel near by the airport, in an industrial area without any shops or convenience stores near by and with a small selection of pizzas as a main food offer.
Room is just ok with a massive concrete pillar right in the middle that complicates getting out of a budget bed. Window sound proofing works fine but not a 100% as room is facing a mayor highway there is still quite a lot background noise specially from 6 to 9 am. Neither blinds work properly so at around 8 am sun light and noise will wake you up no matter how bad is your jet lag.
Really friendly Staff, gym, airport shuttle and EV charging stations available.
It was also pretty difficult contacting the hotel by phone as voice mail was continuously on. Check in time is 1400 and Check out time 1100am.

Canadian traveller here. We arrived at 2am as our flight was delayed. Last check in was at 11pm, but thankfully they still allowed us to stay without additional charge. It’s only 5 minutes from the airport by Uber. Staff were kind. Very clean, simple, and modern interiors. The duvet and bed were comfy. The water pressure and was great and didn’t run out of hot water. The soap was a combination of hand, body, and hair soap (squeezable) - I still recommend you bring conditioner. The washroom sink is labelled as clean enough to drink from as well. It’s also fairly quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.
I stayed for 29 days.
I booked before it opened so I availed a discount of 30% compared to the average price in March 2022 (it was cheaper than renting an apartment).
I was first assigned a corner room on the 7th floor but water pressure in the shower was very low (I had to literally kneel in order to wet my hair) so i opted for an alternative corner room on the 4th floor.
The minimalist Scandinavian interior design of the hotel is indeed lovely but there are issues (also technical) with the building.
On one night there was heavy rain & large drops of water dropped from an opening in the glass/metal ceiling (no big deal, it dripped away from the bed).
The main air circulation unit (fan) is inbuilt into the body of the building (not on the roof top).
It omits a sound of a particularly strong vacuum cleaner that is vacuuming 24/7.
This is particularly loud for 7 or 8 rooms that are in its immediate vicinity but even in my room which had a decent sized hallway that most other rooms don't have the annoying and constant sound will be heard if a window is open.
The noise problem is magnified by three electricity power generators fueled by diesel on the side & back of the hotel (see attached a photo of two of the generators as seen from my room & back side).
Perhaps the area has no sufficient electric power so Zleep and the Holiday Inn hotel next door rely on these to regulate power.
I also inspected a third room on the 7th floor with balcony and it had very poor sound proofing.
It is difficult to fall asleep even with window closed (it would be impossible to sleep with a window open) & deep sleep can be achieved by the lucky few.
When people slam doors at the opposite end of the hall (12 - 14 meters away) it can be clearly heard/felt (poor acoustics).
Due to low occupancy this didn't pose a problem for me.
The hotel website claims that "30% to 60% of the products and items in the buffet breakfast are organic".
It is a lie.
I eat mainly organic/bio food.
Not a single item at the buffet was organic.
The eggs & yoghurt industrial.
Spreads, cheese, potato tortilla, rolls etc.are edible but surely not organic.
I bought my own cage free ecological eggs, avocado, fruits etc.
It is not really an airport hotel.
It took 35 min.to reach by public transport from the terminal
which is 6 - 7 min less than how long it takes from the airport to Madrid by bus.
There was a theft of a rucksack inside the hotel lobby & also at least one burglary of a car (I witnessed Romanian Tourists informing the reception in English their car that was parked near the hotel was broken into.
As it was a Sunday I assume they parked very near the hotel gate because workers at the Iveco factory don't work on Saturday Nights so parking spaces are plentiful by the hotel entrance gate.
Area is well lit but not particularly safe due to its isolation.
Since you made it so far reading my review I will give you a highly useful tip - bring rubber thongs (slippers) with you.
Probably due to guests complaining that the restroom floods the hotel decided to add three slabs of ceramic on the floor.
It creates a symbolic buffer between the shower and toilet area.
It serves no functional purpose but as it gets wet the glue that holds it to the ground partially dissolves & ' escapes'.
This will harm the skin on the soles of your feet unless you wear proper rubber slippers.
Finally, three of the receptionists were amazing (a girl with light brown or blondish streaks& a dark haired Romanian girl), also a short & skinny Latin American guy who was very polite.
Also a blonde guy with blue eyes was very courteous.
The rest were, honestly, at best average.
One Latin American male receptionist that was also in charge of setting and monitoring the breakfast buffet on some days was visibly unmotivated and the buffet took a hit when he was in charge (ie.rolls were not warmed properly, pancake machine was not operating etc.) When the flamboyant lady from Sevilla was in charge the buffet was in top shape (she is a unique character and she takes pride in her work).
Hemos estado mi marido y yo este finde en Zleep, hemos quedado encantados, el hotel una maravilla y los recepcionistas Virginia, Alex e Hirai son unos profesionales como poco me he encontrado, poseen muchas cualidades pero una destaca por encima de todas «El Respeto», la dirección del hotel debería atarlos bien porque no va a encontrar mejores trabajadores que ellos, comprometidos con el hotel como si de su propia casa fuera. GRACIAS POR TODO. San Juan, San Pedro y la P. Enmedio. Nos vemos el próximo finde.
Muy buena experiencia los empleados muy simpáticos y atentos ️lo único que cambiaría son las almohadas de la habitación que son bastante incómodas pero punto y aparte de eso la pasamos muy bien

Someone stole my backpack from cafeteria area and my passport was inside the bag
Plus I had only 3 hours to my flight
I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, nothing personal but I just shared my experience

And the funny thing owner told me he doesn’t have cameras on the cafeteria area, and he said hotels is like shopping mall everyone can enter wow

Room was super super super cold? It would not get warmer. Also i really didn't enjoy having an all in one body wash shampoo and conditioner. Not a coffee maker in the room was kind of a bummer.i do have to say it was very clean.
Recomendado, muy buen hotel, excelente atención y cerca al aeropuerto de barajas.

El hotel está muy bien para lo que es, un apoyo del aeropuerto.
Es nuevo, edificado en un estilo contemporáneo, moderno y sencillo.
Destacar especialmente la atención de un chico valenciano que se llama Alex.
Él y sus compañeras nos solucionaron una equivocación en la reserva y nos atendieron súper bien.
Fuimos con una mascota, una Golden Retriever de 40 kg y no ponen pegas ni por tamaño ni por nada, todo lo contrario. La mascota paga 15 euros por noche (en otros hoteles pagan solo por la primera noche). También es cierto que te debes llevar las cosas de la mascota, pues no te ofrecen ni cama no bebedero, Por otra parte no lo echamos en falta puesto que cuando viajamos con la mascota llevamos todas sus cosas.
Solo ofrecen desayunos, aunque parece que tienen intención de abrir el comedor puesto que el mobiliario está preparado.
Aunque no ofrecen más que desayuno, permiten encargar comida (Uber Eats, Just eat,) y comer en las mesas de la planta baja.
Televisor gigante en la habitacion.
De los pocos dispensadores de gel que funcionan bien.

- los 4 ascensores están sincronizados de 2 en 2. Quiero decir que si llamas a uno de los de la derecha, te acude el que está desocupado o más cerca de los 2, si llamas a uno de la izquierda, lo mismo. Lo ideal sería que estén sincronizados los 4, de ese modo siempre acudiría el más cercano disponible y ahorraría energía no solo por eso, sino porque veo a cliente impacientes que llaman al de la derecha y al de la izquierda, para subir al que antes llegue, haciendo trabajar a un ascensor innecesariamente.
La ducha es muy moderna y la grifería de alta calidad, pero es difícil ducharse sin empapar más de la mitad del cuarto de aseo. Ese agua hará que se ponga feo el aseo en poco tiempo. Quizás unas cortinas o cerrar con mampara.
Cuando llegas a la puerta del hotel te tienes que fijar mucho porque de lo contrario te lo pasas y no lo ves, pero ahí sale Mr maps para decirte "Ha llegado a su destino. Su destino está a la derecha".
Insistir en que ESPECIALMENTE ALEX, y también sus compañeras, nos atendieron muy bien EN TODO MOMENTO.
Ya sabemos dónde ir en Madrid, con o sin mascota.
Muy acogedor las cosas muy ordenadas, la atención de 10 una maravilla las personas. Y nos supieron aconsejar como pedir comida ya que llegamos a una hora bastante tarde
La chica del departamento de reservas y la chica de recepción muy amables y me ayudaron con un problema que no tenía "nada que ver" con ellxs
El personal es amable y muy correcto.
La cama es muy cómoda.
Al gimnasio le falta Un banco y mancuernas para completar un poquito.
El desayuno calidad precio lo veo un poco escaso, la tortilla es de supermercado y en general no hay demasiada variedad.
No me cobraron parking privado.
Deja mucho que desear, los techos son de cemento parece que estén sin acabar, no ponen ni gel (la primera vez desde que llevo viajando que no pone) y luego es un hotel parano fumadores y no habilitais ninguna terraza donde poder fumar, me tengo que bajar desde la séptima planta hasta la calle para fumar. No lo recomendaría deja mucho que desear
Me ha encantado, cerca del aeropuerto y una bienvenida cercana y ágil, decoración minimalista, limpieza y trato profesional. Para el viajero un 10 de 10.
