ALDI, Alicante

El de Orihuela Costa no está tan completo como otros Aldis. Pocos productos veganos. Pero muy cómodo por lo cerca de las urbanizaciones.

Beautiful fruit and veg. Good choice bread, meat, cooked meat, dairy products. Great supermarket.

Great produce and quality products on sale here. Fruit and veg nice and fresh. Service is friendly. Only negative is the infamous tills with no staff.

Prices seem to have increased more than other supermarkets recently. Many of their items can be purchased for the same price or even less in some of the big Spanish supermarket chains. I used to find they were on a par with Lidl, but I think Lidl is overall better value now.
Nice to see an electric car charger provided for the customers.

I really like this Aldi, though it’s the only one I’ve been in, so I don’t have any other Aldi store to compare it to.
One of the unique selling points (usp) /best part is they open earlier than other grocery stores in the area (0830 when writing this (weekday).
Their fruit and vegetables are very tasty, clean and fresh looking. They have meat as well and a separate section for fish and crustaceans.
I also like their bread section with tasty croissants.
I tried their own beer and it’s not too shabby, though I still prefer my Corona/Coronitas with lemon or lime on a warm (normal) day in summery Spain.

Me gusta mucho esta sucursal, todo está muy ordenado, tienen música ambiental muy amables dependientes, siempre está lo que busco.

It is always having a sale of certain things. Always very good service staff very helpful and pleasant. All goods are of very good quality. Also reasonably priced. Xxx

Chaîne de magasins bien connue.
Néanmoins, a contrario de la Belgique, la note est souvent plus élevée que dans la plupart des magasins purement locaux.

En genera yo evito los ALDI, sencillamente por su poca atención al detalle, colas inmensas y dos personas encargadas de toda una tienda. Este en particular es terrible, la atención al público inexistente, no se te ocurra preguntarles por algún producto en particular porque sencillamente te van a echar miradas malas, luego hay ciertos productos que se pueden comprar y no se encuentran en otros supermercados como por ejemplo “calzoncillos de ultima generación” ideal para cumpleaños, pero para fresco, etc, el mercadona esta al lado, te reciben con una sonrisa y le da mil vueltas en calidad.

Not one of the best Aldi stores I know. The non food area is a bit of a mess, but undercover parking and the usual Aldi food section with good fresh bread

Good selection of food at very reasonable prices, we always shop in Aldi. They have deals on every week which is great as there is something different every week. Would definitely recommend.

Ultimamente se equivocan mucho en las cajas, ya hasta pienso que lo hacen con intención, nunca se equivocan a favor del cliente siempre son ellos lo que salen ganando, sea con las ofertas o con el peso de la fruta es vergonzoso, encima vuelves y la primera cosa que te dicen con cara de soberbia eso es imposible, pero después te piden perdón ya me cansé de volver, no tengo tiempo y dinero de perder.nunca más allá vosotros.

Just returned home from this branch of Aldi. Four customers in the shop not wearing masks. Manager and plenty of staff on the shop floor!

Do not buy anything electrical here, if it’s faulty or breaks they won’t change or give money back for some reason

Could do more British stuff in and cater for British people there is a lot of English people over in spain.
