Apartamentos Alpha, Alicante

Compartimos 3 personas, pero tuve que vivir con mi maleta. No había suficiente espacio en el armario para 4 tres. Si fueran 4, la única manera de comer es en el balcón y algunos de los muebles del salón tendrían que sacarse al balcón para dejar espacio para la 4ª cama. Está bien si solo se alojan 2 personas.

Me alojé allí durante 2 semanas desde finales de agosto hasta principios de septiembre. Apartamentos geniales, aunque un poco anticuados, tienen todo lo necesario para una estancia estupenda. Hay un restaurante y un bar, la comida es buena, especialmente los desayunos y todo a un precio razonable, además hay asientos al aire libre. área para relajarse si el sol hace demasiado calor para usted. La piscina también tiene fácil acceso. Se puede proporcionar una plancha y un secador de pelo sin costo. Se puede comprar un balcón de buen tamaño y aire acondicionado. Los apartamentos ya no están tan limpios como antes. Había polvo por todas partes. Los pisos estaban sucios, después de ducharte, tus pies estaban sucios cuando entrabas al dormitorio para secarte. Just stayed here got the 2nd time in Benidorm. This time for a full 7 days. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Rooms are a good size for what you need. Overall enjoyed my stay

Probably the worst apartments for value of the money charged by Jet 2.
Reading the itinerary posted in each apartment is not unlike reading a fantasy book, you realise that fiction is so far from reality.
Jet2 should seriously consider how their customers needs are not being taken into account.
Used Jet2 for many, many years, and have never been disappointed with the service they have provided.
Still, there is a first time for everything.

Having just returned from benidorm today, I wanted to leave a review for this hotel. The staff were lovely but thats the nice part over.the food was not very good, rooms were very basic, we had no hot water for 2 days and after me and my party of 10 were bitten to bits every night in the rooms, I ended up booking into another hotel (rio park) at am extra expense of 37o pound. I will be making a formal complaint to my travel agent on Monday. The rest of the party could not afford to rebook and had to stay and the rooms were not cleaned once during their stay. This is not acceptable for a week stay and the bedding and towels should have been changed at least once. Also there was no light on an evening so it was pitch black trying to find your keyhole. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay at the alpha it's was clean and friendly staff. Food was tasty very cheap. Euro for hour air conditioning which was worth every penny especially being there in July. Pool kept clean only downfall was 10am opening. Washing machine in some rooms 13b had 1 I used it so easy to use. I would definitely return to the alpha. Keep up the great job alpha hopefully see you all again next year or before

I can't comment on previous reviews all I can comment on is my own experience. As for no cleaning of the pool, every day the staff are up cleaning, as of the rooms looking outdated! You get what you pay for, but we were really surprised after reading all the reviews! Dont always believe what you read. As for the staff being miserable on arrival! I'm sorry but a coach full of guests and one staff member on the desk to deal with enquiries. If you're still reading then go visit and make up your own mind, without reading these reviews like I did. We dreaded turning up, only to be totally surprised at the rooms, the friendliness and cleanliness throughout. I'd like to thank all staff at alpha hotel, and to say "we will be back again next year". Thankyou for all your hard work in catering for us. Kelly and Steven.

Well read some mixed reviews on here, but I have to say it’s not the Ritz but clean good food down stairs small breakfast 3.50 euro. Staff friendly pool area clean over all would recommend, and would stay here again

Complete rubbish, bar man and staff are so rude and blunt, money missing from rooms and man came in my room looking for gas meter

It's not the ritz, but you get what you pay for. We are very pleased with the deal. Staff friendly, bar very reasonable, good service. Would we stay Again? Yes.

Like most apartments in Benidorm starting to feel it's age but ours 3D was warm clean everything worked as should considering price paid I have no complaints and would definitely stop here again

Apparently are basic but clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only a few minutes away from all the night life.
