Apartamentos Primavera Loix, Alicante

Stayed from Monday to Friday the place was spotless and looked far more expensive then what ya pay
Rooms was clean and big enough
My only issue was no coffee and sugar other than that perfectly fine and to top it off we hired the safe and it was the cheapest I've ever been charged £11 and got €5 back on checking out
I would definitely return

The staff were incredibly rude from the moment I got there and I was told I would not be having my deposit back because they didn’t like us or the way we were. I left a £200 jacket in the room and they would not let me retrieve it.

What a lovely surprise for a 2 star. Location brill, huge balconies, clean and everything we needed. Pool and bar area was lovely and staff very nice. Would definately book again.

Están genial, unos 3 minutos de la playa y del paseo, a 1 discotecas, y a 5 minutos de las calles mas concurridas del centro, todo ello andando. Me encanta. Repetiria

Been 7 years since I was here but still have bad memories of this place. First the elevator is super small and 60 degrees. The room was not cleaned properly and we hade to pay for the air con with coins so every morning it was super hot in the apartment. The thing that was the worst, was one day before we where checking out the cleaning lady came and trowed us out, we went to the reception and the owner was really rude. Stay away

Can't fault the apartments or the location, bar was only open till 7pm and only certain days tho, only reason they don't have a 5 is the customer service from reception which is where you should feel the most welcomed.

It's in a really good spot, especially for the market on Wednesday and Sunday s they very clean and the 24hr reception is excellent they cant help enough. The sun on the balcony come about 10 am then it's there all day then

This is our second visit to these apartments, we stayed for a month in January/February and so far this time we have been here for 2 1/2 weeks and we have another 12 days until we go back to the UK. You cannot fault these apartments, as soon as you turn the corner and go up the steps you can't fail to notice how very clean, warm and tidy everywhere is. The staff are all very helpful, polite and will do anything to make your stay perfect. If there is too much noisy behaviour then that is quelled by the duty staff. The apartment is immaculate, everything you need is there for cooking and making hot drinks, you have an excellent maid service, they are so polite and efficient, towels changed regularly, the apartment cleaned on a regular basis, there is even shower gel and hand soap provided. During both stays we have had a little problem but it is sorted and rectified almost before we think of reporting it!
All in all these apartments are the best we have stayed in this area and we really cannot recommend the Primavera Loix highly enough. A really excellent stay - thank you to Jaime and his colleagues.

Beautiful situated Hotel with a amazing view of the Mountains and of benidorm its self, located roughly 5 mins from the main bars, and 10 mins from the beach, 24 hours reception service and the bar is pretty cheap aswel so good for beers next to the pool or the hot tub, rooms are spacious and the balcony is absolutely massive so plenty room for sun bathing or just chilling enjoying the view of benidorm, also on Sundays there is a massive market near the hotel, all in all for price hotel is a must and is great in general, definitely staying there next year

Be very careful with this hotel! It’s the dirties room i’ve ever stayed in. The staff are ok but don’t seem to keen on serving you. But the deciding factor for me to write this review was the fact that there was some mess on one of the floors of the hotel (empty crisp packets etc.) five floors down from our room but as we had friends staying on that floor they kept the group booking deposit of 700euros. When we questioned why they told us that they would phone the police on us. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Had a very nice stay was there last week my boyfriend had an accident outside the apartments and the staff was very helpful they went above and beyond to help us the rooms are basic but had everything needed in the week we was there the towels was changed twice and the cleaner came in once but room wasn’t dirty. The only downside is outside apartments a fence or barrier needs to go up to prevent people falling down into the ditch apart from that the staff were fantastic will be back soon for another stay would recommend it ️xxxx

No es la primera vez que me alojo en estos apartamentos ya que para mi la relación calidad - precio es perfecta.

Los apartamentos se encuentran a 10 minutos de la playa. En una zona bastante tranquila y al lado de donde se pone el mercadillo (miércoles y domingo).

Se han realizado mejoras en la recepción, cafetería, piscina y han añadido dos jacuzzis.

En las habitaciones o por lo menos en la nuestra (1301) el sofá era nuevo y el baño estaba completamente reformado. Esperamos que lo siguiente sean las camas/colchones.

La atención ha sido correcta en todo momento.

Debido al temporal que afectó Benidorm durante la Semana Santa y por problema de las ventanas del pasillo de los apartamentos (otra mejora pendiente) el agua llegó a entrar dentro de los apartamentos por lo que decidimos adelantar nuestra salida dos noches antes (la chica de recepción nos dijo que los apartamentos estaban al 100% por lo que no se podía realizar ningún cambio. De todas maneras estaban igual todos los pisos).
Se hubiese agradecido la posibilidad de un check out mas tarde ya que estuvimos fregando durante toda la mañana pasillo y apartamento para que luego cuando ya decidimos que así no íbamos pasar mas días nos metieran prisa para realizar el check out, teniendo que ducharnos y recoger todo en media hora.

No hemos tenido ningún problema con la devolución del dinero.

Aún así seguro que volvemos y ya de paso decir que nos encantaría que estos apartamentos admitiesen perros!

Absolutely spot on been booking these apartments for about 20 years now and they have got better and better
all amenities have been improved over the last year
They just around the corner to all the bars but far enough away from all the noise
A stones throw away from the outdoor market which runs on a Sunday and Wednesday staff are great pool area is spot on and they have just added two jacuzzi's as well at the far end of the pool food and drinks are cheap and free wi fi as well

Great place to stay right in the heart of the new town next to the famous Market on a Wednesday and Saturday. Lift available and large spacious apartments. Will definitely go back to stay here.

Great place to stay so central to everythin.the lady with short blonde hair at reception was just fantastic at her job.place is modern an very clean an very reasonable price for a march get away break.only thing i could fault the bar food wasnt great

No heating. Cold and draughty. Told concierge the heating wasn't on, he said it came on twice a day. It never came on at all. The apartment was old and dirty. The floors were filthy, the drop down double bed wasnt fit for a dog. The best thing about it was the balcony. It was huge. Would not recommend this place.

1st time staying in these apartments and they are very clean & basic just what u need, all staff in reception have been really pleasant & helpful, would come back to them again,

Modernes Apt. -Hotel/Hochhaus im "Backpacker-Style" am Rande von Benidorm. Außenpool. Grandioser Ausblick oben vom großen Balkon auf die Sky-line und das belebte Centrum. Renoviertes Haus, jedoch sehr einfache Ausstattung der Apartments. Mobilliar schon sehr abgenutzt und klapprig. Hellhörig. Keine Klimaanlage (Standventilator), free WiFi, Parkplätze am Haus für tgl. 8,00 € (zu teuer). Anfahrt über Calle Mallorca hintenherum, hier kostenfreie Parkplätze. Zum Strand durch die Partyzone ca. 15 Min.zu Fuß.
