ARCA-RENT - Apartamentos en Benidorm, Alicante

Me alojé aquí 1 noche y reservé un hotel. El apartamento estaba sucio, las cortinas colgaban, la cortina de la ducha colgaba, el baño estaba sucio, los muebles estaban obsoletos, la ropa de cama era horrible y no estaba limpia.la actualización podría ser un buen apartamento si se actualiza ya que la vista es increíble

Un poco anticuado pero bien. Camas y ropa de cama cómodas y limpias. Buena ducha. Gran vista desde el balcón.

Séjour parfait, Irina et Manuel de l agence étaient juste parfait. Le concierge de l immeuble était également parfait. Séjour à refaire.

Apartamentos totalmente reformados, calidad precio excelente. Totalmente recomendable.

I’ll try to keep this brief but people need to know a few things before staying here.
So initially they overcharged us by £40 and after we informed them of this they had no helpful response and said they would sort it but never ended up doing so, despite this we tried to enjoy our holiday as you do. We travelled with a family of 7 so we had two seperate rooms, and one of the rooms was dusty, the plug sockets were broken, and the air conditioning was broken, and if you’ve been to Benidorm you’ll understand how much you sometimes need aircon haha! But still, we weren’t too angry just disappointed, especially considering one of us the travellers staying in this room was pregnant and the other a 3 year old. So we went down and informed ARCA RENT about this and their response was “no aircon in that room never has been” despite advertising aircon for all rooms. To add to this, the WiFi which we paid for the week was literally appalling, might as well of not had it, but this wasn’t a big issue as you’re out a majority of the time anyway. Yet still, we did go on to enjoy Benidorm as you can’t miss out on holiday. However, this is where we realised how rediculous and rude ARCA rent was, on our second to last night, we went out to watch the football, and upon returning my girlfriend realised that 100 Euro’s had been taken from her emergency purse which had been left on the table open, and the room had been quite obviously rummaged through, the doors are self locking as soon as you close them and there was no forced entry so it is quite evident that someone with a key, we did ask and officer who was near by who also confirmed it was someone with a key that must of stolen this money, and they must of known we were going to be out and it was our last day meaning we couldn’t do much about it in terms of reporting the incident. So in the morning, handing back the keys we informed ARCA RENT about this, not in hope of getting anything back but so they know it’s happened and to try and prevent it happening again. The response we got was the most unprofessional, rude and rediculous service. Firstly they said this is impossible, we change the locks everyday? Which is a bizzare thing to say then they progressed to call us crazy silly people and shouting about how it didn’t happen. And instead of responding to us they spoke to each other in Spanish insulting us all not realising we understood what they were saying, we spoke to them calmly and all we got back was ARCA RENT EMPLOYEES calling us crazy, and liars, claiming it didn’t happen. We even said, we’ve not come to accuse or want money back, we just want to inform you so it doesn’t happen again. DO NOT

Myself and my family rented two apartments from this company in the torre levante building. They overcharged my bank card to start with before we even got there so it was already a bad start. When I confronted them about this they refused to accept that they were in the wrong, so we just let it go and tried to have a good holiday. The first apartment was cramped, humid and run down! There was no air conditioning in this apartment like advertised. This room was for a pregnant lady and an infant, so we confronted them about this issue and asked if they could move rooms as the temperatures were reaching 40 degrees but they refused to move them, so again we carried on and tried to have a good holiday. The second apartment was modern and with great views So couldn't really fault it. But On the last night 100 euros was stolen from one of the apartments (we were on the 26th floor so no one could climb through a window) we got the police on the case and they said it is someone with a key. We went to arca rent the next morning and instead of an opology I received abuse and got called crazy? ! They said it was not possible for this to happen. I explained I didn't want the money back but just wanted to make them aware as it could have been a maid. With this the insulted us in Spanish (unaware we could speak some Spanish) and continued to call us crazy and laughed in our faces. The police had mentioned that this happens a lot in these apartments in the last night. Just be cautious if you stay here and make sure u leave no money behind as it was someone with a key who did this. From the very beginning these people were not professional and are very ignorant. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star
