El personal super atento en todo lo que necesitamos. El equipo que lo forman es excepcional y lo mas importante y que más valoro de todo "el trato familiar", tanto dentro de su horario laboral como fuera de el. ¡¡Volveremos a repetir seguro!

No es un hotel familiar, está pensado para gente joven cosa que nos debían haber avisado, el señor que nos atendió eso si muy amable. La habitación que nos tocó, muy sucia, cosas rotas, baño con óxido, no podíamos ni abrir el balcon, decidimos no quedarnos y se nos devolvió el dinero.

We went for a friends stag weekend. Not that I was expecting 5 star dining or service. Let's start with the food, even the fruit looked like you could get food poising from being in the vicinity. The amount of flies around the hot and cold food let alone the drinks.
Check-in was a complete nightmare, the "security guard" wouldn't give a member of our party a wrist band for his room and took several complaints to get this sorted.
Was the only hotel that allows large groups since covid so fair play to them.
Only positive was the friendly cleaning staff

Great place for groups of lads or lasses that just wanna party. Great bit of fun during the day round the pool, with like DJ and dancers.foam parry etc.

Attended a pool party here today. Great vibe good music, friendly helpful staff lush day!

Amazing stay. Miguel is so much fun and full of life. Really cant recommend this hotel enough.
