Most horrible experience ever! We rented a boat for Croatia. During the reservation process Boatjump asked us to provide a copy of our boat license and some other documents. We promptly provided all requested documents and asked to let us know if anything else was required. A few days later we received a reply email in which Boatjump thanked us for sending the documents; we did not receive any further comments or request for additional information or documents. Upon arrival in Split, Croatia we were told that our license was not valid for Croatia and that we could not use the sailing boat. Apparently Boatjump did not verify the validity of our sailing license. We made many phone calls to Boatjump but they refused to take any responsibility nor did they undertake any reasonable effort to help us. All they did is serving themselves!
If I could give a negative rating it would be negative 5 star for Boatjump.
We highly recommend NOT TO book with Boatjump. Worst booking agent ever! SO PLEASE BEWARE, you are forewarned!

Amazing customer service!

Me and a group of friends were searching for two sailing boats to rent in Croatia and we did an extensive search. When we thought we found the best offer, Susi Seligmann, our contact person from Boatjump asked us to give her one more day so she can find an even better offer for us. It was really complicated because we did an extensive search but she just didn't give up! With an amazingly positive spirit she cared about all what we needed, checked all possible options and got us a much better offer than the one we got, newer boats with everything we need for the same price. I have to say I was impressed. Thanks a lot!

I was back and forth with the Boatjump staff for over a week finalizing plans for the specific catamaran that we wanted for our vacation. I was quoted a price at which time I was ready to book, Availability was confirmed with the actual company that was responsible for the charter. When it came time to collect my payment information, I was told that there was "a glitch" and that the price would be $3,000+ more. I believe that prices quoted on their website are fraudulent and that their business practices follow suit. I believe that anyone using this company is taking a very big risk and would highly recommend booking directly with a charter company and not use this broker-type service. This company should be ashamed at how the conduct business.

Es la primera vez que viajamos a Ibiza, pero nos han dedicado muchísimo tiempo aclararnos todas las dudas sobre el destino y el barco. Ahora a pensar en las vacaciones!
