Cafe Ciclista, Alicante

Cafeteria ambientada en el mundo del ciclismo. Situado en la misma carretera de Les Marines. Tiene una terraza grande donde hay mesas para sentarse, potros para dejar las bicicletas, herramientas para reparar la bici. Dentro tienen más mesas y también más herramientas. El local por dentro está decorado con firmas y fotos de ciclistas profesionales. Tienen una carta extensa con bocadillos, dulces, etc. También venden barritas energéticas. Sitio muy tranquilo y agradable para tomar algo. 100% recomendado.

Este lugar respira ciclismo y todo lo que conlleva el ciclismo. Como en un buen lugar para estar, buen café, sándwiches y gente amable e importante.
Alquilamos 3 bicicletas para la Gran Fondo Alberto Contador y las 3 eran bicicletas sólidas y bien preparadas.

Lugar muy agradable, sándwiches fantásticos, alquilamos una bicicleta para el gran fondo de Alberto Contador y la bicicleta (resistencia del cañón) fue excelente. John fue de gran ayuda e incluso nos permitió devolver la bicicleta tarde.

Esta es mi segunda visita en bicicleta a Denia, con la gran ayuda de la gente del Café Ciclista. Alquilamos 2 bicicletas por una semana y no nos decepcionó. Excelentes materiales, cortés hospitalidad y configuración perfecta para el terreno alrededor de Denia.

Muchas gracias a John y su personal por hacer un esfuerzo adicional para ayudarme cuando me di cuenta de que había dejado parte de mi equipo en casa.

Everything worked like clockwork - convenient location, bike ready for pick up on schedule, quick and accurate adjustments, friendly and professional service, reasonable pricing. I rented a bike there. John was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He accommodated my request for a larger bag to put on my bike; it was something I didn't expect since i figured all the bikes came with similar (tiny) bags. It made a huge difference in keeping my mobile phone zipped up and secured. The cafe looked like a pleasant stopover if you're in the middle of a bike ride.

The bikes were set up according to.our fitting specs. They performed smoothly throughout the rental. Service was friendly.

They were very accomodating as I had some non-standard bike fitting requirements and they purchased a shortened stem for me which made a big difference for me. I wouldn't hesitate doing my bike hires with Cafe Ciclista.they have good coffee too!

Very good service for bicycle rental. From the first contact up to the return, everything was perfect. John responses quickly on my request and it was a very easy booking process. When we picked up the carbon road bikes, they were prepared, in very good condition, well serviced and it was all very smooth. Same for the returning process. Rent bicycles from John is absolutely recommended!

John and his staff were very helpful, and got our group of bike riders/renters out on the road in short order. His bikes are of high quality (Canyon) and most were brand new.

I returned to Denia for the 5th time and hired bikes again from John @Cafe Ciclista. The area is perfect for training, silky smooth tarmac, great climbs, quiet roads and fabulous views. The Team at Cafe Ciclista are perfect. Sorting bikes through John is faff and stress free and avoids all bike boxes! The protein shakes, coffee, cakes, merch and kit matched with the amazing guiding, coaching, pacing is a must for any cyclist visiting the area. We are already planning our next trip.

My wife and I and another couple recently rented bikes from Cafe Ciclista. We rented road bikes for the husbands and road e-bikes for the wives. I had several email interactions with John at Cafe Ciclista before arriving in Denia. He was very friendly and helpful via email and in person. His bikes, service, and route suggestions were great. His wife’s restaurant suggestions were very much appreciated as was the food she prepared for us. Cafe Ciclista has really nice indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy their food and beverage offerings. If you plan to rent bikes in Denia, you really should rent from Cafe Ciclista. If you plan to ride your own bike in the Denia area, you really should drop by to enjoy some pre- or post-ride food and drink.

Me and my friend we rented 2 road bikes while in Denia. The place has a nice vibe with memorabilia on the walls and great coffee. The rental owner gave us tips where to go cycling and the bikes were in pristine condition. Couldn't ask for a better service. Definitely will come back soon. Nice cafe where we have rented roadbikes a couple of times now. Good service and flexibility for pickup and return. And priceworth also.
