Recientemente compré un Nissan Xtrail de Vivian en CarOutlet. Debo decir que fue una de las experiencias de compra de automóviles más fáciles y placenteras que he tenido. Vivian fue profesional, respondió rápidamente y fue un placer tratar con ella. Ella organizó la entrega en una estación de tren local y el automóvil superó mis expectativas y estaba en perfectas condiciones. Un gran coche a un precio justo. ¡Gracias!

Estábamos buscando un Nissan Xtrail de 7 plazas y vimos uno por internet en Auto outlet Ondara. Dejé un mensaje en línea y Nancy, la gerente de ventas, respondió rápidamente y me dio toda la información que necesitaba sobre el auto y me envió un video detallado que nos ayudó a decidirnos a comprar, así que pagamos un depósito y como Estábamos alojados con nuestra hija en Barcelona antes de volar a Alicante a nuestra nueva casa, Nancy organizó la entrega del coche en el aeropuerto de Alicante para cuando aterrizáramos y cuando salimos del aeropuerto vimos el coche llegar al aparcamiento.al otro lado de la carretera! Momento perfecto y servicio absolutamente fantástico. Volveré a utilizar Car Outlet si alguna vez cambiamos nuestro hermoso Nissan Xtrail, mi auto favorito. (¡También teníamos uno en el Reino Unido!). Gracias nuevamente Nancy por su maravilloso servicio. El equipo comercial de CarOutlet.es hizo que nuestra compra de un coche usado en España fuera extremadamente fácil. Tanto Lia como Nancy estaban bien informadas, eran flexibles, comunicativas y hablaban inglés con fluidez (para aquellos de nosotros que tenemos un español subóptimo). No hubo sobreventa ni venta dura, solo representaciones honestas de los autos disponibles. Tampoco hubo trampas engañosas, como precios diferentes para compras en efectivo/crédito o excluir el costo de transferencia del automóvil del precio del boleto. Lo que ves, es lo que tienes. El proceso fue sencillo y rápido y terminamos con el auto que queríamos por un precio justo.

I recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai from CarOutlet and the whole process and experience was first class. The test of a good business isn’t the shiny bits, it how the business reacts when things go wrong. I arranged a test drive of a Kia Niro and paid a deposit to ensure it was still there when I arrived (I live some distance away) and not already sold. I arrived for my test drive but on booking I didn’t realise that it was fiesta week and many staff would be on holiday (august) and of course some off sick with Covid.
I was met by one of the family members of the business who arranged for the car to be brought around for our test drive. He was very knowledgable about the car and answered all our questions so that we could understand the workings of this car. There was no hard sell and although I had placed a 250 euro deposit on this car, if I didn’t like it I would get it back. I was offered several other cars to test drive but decided to go with my gut and buy the Kia Niro Hybrid. While I was arranging transfer of funds from the U. K. I had further requests for information about the car and details to arrange the insurance. Lia with the patients of Job made sure I received everything and was totally happy with the car before purchase. Once the transfer of funds went through the company delivered the car to my home free of charge which saved me a long trip to collect it. I fully recommend this company and am very happy with my purchase and the exceptional service and attention I received during the test drive and purchase, nothing was too much trouble, thank you.

We bought our car with huge imput from Flor as we were still in the UK. It is exactly as it was sold to us, perfect in every way. Would always recommend Flor and the Company if ever needed. Grateful thanks.

We bought our Ford Kuga from CarOutlet.es Excellent service, the cars we were interested in were out waiting for us to test drive when we arrived as we had make an appointment before hand. Lia was very helpful and professional, she spoke perfect English which was a bonus for us! The car was immaculate, full service history, given a full valet, full tank of full 13 month warranty and even delivered to my house in Orihuela Costa. Would definitely recommend based on my experience. I purchased the cheapest car they had but still they were highly professional and competent.

Jorge collected me from Alicante airport and took me to the dealership - a great service.

I had the car checked over independently after I took it away and all is well.
