3I have been into see them twice in nearly 4 weeks and i was told someone would contact me but i am still waiting!
Aldesur fit a roof to the outside back area of my apartment 3 years ago. A year ago part of the plastic section had lifted up leaving a large gap which leaked when it rained. The main plastic roof had not been fit correctly and was not slanted so nothing rolled off and all dirt was collected. The water pipe was not long enough to reach the drain so every time it rained my floor was flooded. I called into their shop in Los Montesinos throughout the year and my name and phone number was recorded in a diary but at no time was I contacted. I have now been quoted €950 to repair the roof by another contractor.
DO NOT USE ALDESUR there work is not fit for purpose and they do not follow up on complaints.
