Alquilamos un Ford Fiesta durante dos días desde la propia web de Centauro con seguro a todo riesgo. En el sitio web de Centauro, puedes completar la información de tu licencia de conducir y pasaporte después de realizar la reserva, lo que hace que recoger el auto sea muy rápido y ya no tengas que completar la información en el mostrador. El regreso fue rápido. El coche estaba nuevo y limpio, excelente relación calidad-precio. ¡Volvería a alquilar desde aquí!

Como siempre, atención perfecta, vehículos nuevos, no habían vehículos de la categoría que yo había reservado y me dieron uno superior, aunque le faltaba algo de limpieza exterior. Volveré a repetir seguro.

Que cambien el personal porque cuando he llegado con todo preparado para coger un coche no eran ni las 2! Y ya estaban echando a unos ingleses que querían alquilar desde hace rato. Diciendo que vinieran a la tarde! No tienen ningunas ganas de trabajar y esto lo hacen a menudo porque a mis clientes se lo han hecho ya y además tienen más reseñas con esta queja. A ver si cambian al personal o mejoran el servicio porque así no sé puede. Encima les dices algo y se alteran y se ponen señoritos. Muy maleducados para estar de atención al cliente deberían tener más tablas. Me he ido a otra oficina de alquiler. Y es una pena porque mis clientes ya no van a alquilar aquí y tampoco les voy a recomendar que vayan. Tienen muy mala fama.

En la sucursal de Torrevieja alquilé un Mazda 6, solo tenía 1700 km y es una maravilla de coche, me encantó y volvería a alquilarlo sin duda alguna. El personal es muy educado, atento y respetuoso. En general todo mejor que bien y el precio es estupendo. Recomiendo este servicio sin duda alguna.

Franquicia alta para dejar de reserva, me pidieron €1.200 para alquiler de 2 días de coche o que pague el doble del precio contratado. Pague el doble, no les creo que me devuelvan los €1.200 aunque les devuelva el coche en buen estado

El depósito por una franquicia tan alta era la primera vez que lo escuché, porque el alquiler del vehículo era de €52 los dos días con el todo riesgo. No sé con qué compañía de seguros trabajan pero mis coches están asegurados con franquicias de €300 o si pueden ser menor mejor. Una empresa que brinda servicios como vosotros tienen que tener otros seguros o no solicitar anticipada una franquicia que se supone no se va a utilizar; si les interesa conocer mejores resoluciones contácteme para asesorarlo.

Tried to rent a car in the Torrevieja office at 12: 45 but as soon as I walked through the door the staff said they were closed, even after I informed them that it was clearly posted on the door that it closes at 13: 00. Long story short, they refused to rent me a car. I got a taxi to the next car rental that actually rents cars, bad customer service.

Rented a car for 2 days, Barely used it and didnt park it in crowded places. Returned it in the airport. Got an email confirmation the aame day saying everything was fine n money to be returned in a few days. Waited for 2 weeks n then contacted them. They said that money was being withheld because of a bump in the front. All was fine when the car was returned. Had insurance but this is still a very unreliable company that try to cheat ppl. Will never use them again

Easy to book the rental car on the website. No hidden costs. Very nice and service-oriented staff in the center of Torrevieja. We got the car fast and everything was prepared when we arrived. The car was completely clean, no damage and easy to return the car even though the place was unmanned. Was refunded payment made for the fuel the next day. Cheapest and best! Nowadays, the centauro is our first choice when it comes to rental cars! Highly recommend

I had a great experience renting a car from Centauro in Torrevieja. The car was clean and in god conditions. There was no misunderstandings with the salesman, good communication etc, and I got the "fuel money depositum" paid back to my bank account after a few days. All in all, a 5 star deal.

I'm sorry, but I have to give one star for this service. We have rented the smallest car for the extraorbitant price and the next day we had to level the tyre pressure in 2 of the tires. Upon checking with the car service they said they could do it for us, but we would have wasted a lot of our time waiting for the repairs.

Absolutely the best car rental in Alicante airport and Torrevieja, Will kindly recommend to friends and family. Always fast and smooth service. Nice, polite staff. The cars are clean and almost new - both times we got a better car than advertised. Now it is the one and easy choice for me after the bad experience with other car rentals in this area.
