I did an rapid antigen test for 40 euro and you have to wait for 30 min to get the result on a paper, they will not email it to you because "it's too much work". You pay 40 euros for a test that takes 2 minutes so an email with the result is not a big effort you earn enough on the test. All other companies do it too,

Have been a week ago there at Dr Valks and he told me to make a blood examination and also to investigate urin of any bacterias. They told me to wait and after 40 min they send me home informing me to call me for an appointment of the blood/urin. Now! A week later I called them to ask how long I still have to wait and same - we call you back! Nothing if you have any serious problem go to look for another clinic that’s my advise. Absolutely unprofessional how they treat a client

Apointmant cost me 50euro. And the doctor tolt me take ibruprofen. (And i was already taking them, it diddnt help me) Wont be there again. Waist of my 50 euro

First appointment €50 for a prescription for over the counter tablets and told to return for an injection a fortnight later, returned as requested and told I can't now have the injection I need but I can have a series of expensive shock wave therapy instead. I thought this clinic had the patients interests at heart but in reality it's all about money. There are other clinics locally, choose wisely.
