Very poor customer service. We booked for Sunday lunch only to be told on arrival that it wasn't available. Other food of poor standard and very slow service. Will not be returning
We stopped here for lunch after visiting the caves close by. We had the menu of the day which was very good value and well cooked, it's a beautiful setting with far reaching views. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.
First time I have been to El Cid. Nice setting. Food was good. Waitress was exceedingly rude. Customer service needs to be improved. Needless to say I will not be going again. Alsowould find hard to recommend.
Un buen sitio para comer con niños. Platos abundantes y a buen precio. Comida tipica inglesa. Todo lo que pedimos estaba bueno y bien presentado. Es como un bar español de platos combinados pero con un toque británico. El servicio muy atento y rápido.
1st.visit for a bingo night, didn't get to see much but the function room was spacious and the swimming pool we passed on the way in great. Have heard good reports of the place and it is now in process of change of ownership.
The staff were very friendly and attentive.
