¡GUAU, qué experiencia tan positiva! Un amigo me recomendó exactamente Contabilidad. Recientemente había recibido mi Visa Digital Nómada Española y necesitaba asesoramiento fiscal. Consideraron todas mis circunstancias y en un par de días me dieron todas mis opciones. Elegimos solicitar la Ley Fiscal Beckhams. Se presentó la solicitud (ya tenían mis documentos) y la aceptación llegó a la semana. Todo totalmente indoloro. Se mantuvieron en comunicación en cada paso y me explicaron detalladamente todas mis opciones y los resultados a largo plazo de cada una. Definitivamente usaré Exactly para mis declaraciones de impuestos anuales y cualquier otro consejo relevante. No puedo recomendarlos suficientemente. Servicio brillante. Gracias.

I have used a few companies over the years to do my taxes but Exactly was the best by far! Kris and Sarah were extremely helpful, made me feel completely at ease and explained everything from start to finish. I can not recommend them enough.

I was recommended to Exactly by a business coach, and have worked with them since 2021. I have had excellent experience with Exactly, they answer all of my questions and they’re incredibly helpful if a problem arises. They charge for number of invoices in a year, with additional services for more expensive packages. Their website is helpful and they send monthly newsletters with helpful suggestions as well as spotlighting businesses they work with, which I think is nice. María Ángeles helps with my taxes and her communication is always timely, clear, and helpful. She's also available to answer any questions about my tax filing. Josh recently looked into a question I had about my upcoming tax return, and his communication was prompt and detailed.

I have been a customer of Exactly for several months. Kristofer and Joshua helped me countless times, e.g. With the tax declaration last time, great team! I recommend them!

As you can see there are more and more bad reviews recently. Exactly may have been good in the past but from 2022 they seem to be having staff issues. Tax returns are rushed through last minute (they did not even declare their own work they did for me in the final tax return of 2022!), questions not answered, emails " not received" and most frustratingly, a lack of any culpability. Invoices quoted then suddenly increased in price with no explanation until finally said it was just a clerk error but the price is the price. I delayed hiring someone and changed my mind about switching to S. L because I lost trust in Exactly and now I have to sort out all this mess before I find a new gestor.

Had an appointment with Kris today to discuss becoming Autonimo. What I dreaded would be a daunting process was explained extremely well. Kris put me completely at ease, all my concerns and questions answered. Kris had all relevant info, facts and figures. Highly recommended, professional and friendly service.

I am really pleased the way Kristoffer Taft is helping me so far, I have a great experience with the customer service and the way Exactly is working! I just get started with my first business and this service makes it so much easier for me!

Kris in particular has been incredibly helpful with all my questions regarding registering as Autonomo here in Spain (and I have had MANY questions!).

This company has struggled to meet any of the needs of me or my family.
They acted professionally and friendly in order to score contracts, however as soon as I was locked in and left my initial 5 star review, they did very little of any use.

Their book keeping methods at the very least leave A LOT to be desired and their representatives lack up to date knowledge on grants, aid, their own system they use to track receipts, and most terrifyingly, the current tax laws regarding shipped goods.

When my business failed, their representative gave me a contract as an out that has me still paying them 7 euros a month for 24 months to do NOTHING for me.

I am very pleased with Ashley's approach! From the first moment to the last moment she informed me very well. The company works very fast, transparently and professionally. I am very satisfied and I recommend excactly anyone who is looking for a professional gestor in this region.
