El año pasado tuvimos el mismo problema que otro cliente, Haske Verheijen. La mala educación de este británico es vergonzosa. Me obligó a pagar una multa de estacionamiento, mientras que fue culpa suya por no estar atento y comunicativo como se requiere. Yo fui quien estuvo en el lugar correcto (como se comunicó). Estaba paseando y atendiendo llamadas de clientes, por lo que no podía verlo. No pudimos localizarlo y no se molestó en llamarme. Después de 20 minutos lo vi. Ese fue el momento en que me obligó a pagar una multa de estacionamiento. ¡Y lo que realmente me enojó es el hecho de que después de caminar hacia este tipo, él no me miró ni por un segundo! Lo saludé y su respuesta se puede describir mejor como un murmullo, mientras miraba su teléfono. Lo mínimo que haría una persona con vocación de servicio es mirar a los clientes y saludarlos de forma normal.

The rudeness in which communication took place to me by phone as a customer from this British guy from fairrent's office in Alicante made me immediately decide to never ever make use of car rental services of this company in the future.

We had rented a car for 10 days in Alicante. I can only say that the expectations were met. Delivery and return of the car went completely smoothly. Next time we will also rent a car from Faircarrent.

We had a very good and positive experience with Faircarrent. We had a very nice, brand new car. Everything was organised very good, clear and fast communication via whatsapp to arrange the exact arrival time etc. The prices are very fair, not expensive at all!
Since me and my family will be going to Malaga several times a year and need a car, we will surely be booking again the next times.

Car rental without issues. I got a brand new car with a 80% filled tank of petrol. The employee told me I could return it with the same level of petrol. I told him I didn't want any discussion when returning the car. He assured me it wouldn't be the case (they supposedly take a picture of the level on the dashboard). I returned the car and had indeed zero issues. Will book again. Frank Op de Beeck

Very smooth, reliable and flexible. Cars in good condition. No hidden fees, uncertainties whatsover. Our flight to Alicante was late and arriving basically in the middle of the night, but nevertheless the car was delivered to us in hand right after landing!
