Estamos muy contentos con el servicio brindado por esta empresa. Se comunicaron bien, llegaron a tiempo, hicieron el trabajo, se llevaron la unidad vieja y dejaron el lugar lindo y limpio. Nos aconsejaron cómo operar la unidad y cómo limpiar los filtros, etc. Fue muy agradable tratar con nosotros y estamos encantados con nuestra nueva unidad de aire acondicionado.

Quedamos tan impresionados con nuestro nuevo sistema instalado por HCS que decidimos reemplazar nuestro segundo sistema antiguo por uno nuevo.

Have known Javier for 2 years now, first came to service our aircon in a apartment then to move the unit to a outside wall, service was excellent always on time clean up after there self's very good prices too. Moved to a villa where there was no Aircon gave javier a ring and was fitting it within days excellent service

Our air conditioning failed due to incorrect installation by original installer as it had insufficient air circulation around the compressor unit. A friend recommended HCS and I contacted Javier who came to inspect the job the next day. He said he would not install in the same location as it would only cause a problem again and recommended a better location which we got approved by our community president. A replacement system was ordered, delivered and installed in a matter of days. Javi and his technician were both very professional and easy to work with and they did an excellent job and we will recommend HCS to the rest of our community.

We had priced with various locations. Javier was the only one who visited and worked with us o the best instillation locations for our new air con. He was fast to respond and can speak English, Spanish and German. He arrived with his colleague, all were very professional. Had all the equipment to install. No added costs from original quotation. Very neat and tidy workman. Great finish. Very happy customers and highly recommend.

In June 2021 HCS Energy Systems team installed two aircons in my house.
They recommended the latest technology model with very high efficiency. I received quotation via WhatsApp after sending photos of the installation location.
3 days after receiving quotation the team installed the units. Installation was quick and was done very professionally.
After one week of using my new aircons, I must say they are quiet and have some very useful features that help me to save electricity.
In overall, I am very pleased with the cost, service and performance.
