Hotel Mediterraneo, Alicante

We come for 15 years in this hotel and everything is still very good! The food is deliscious, everything is daily cleaned, one of the biggest pools in Benidorm, friendly staff (especially Josué head of entertainment), the hotelmanager is extremely helpful, one of the best hotels in Benidorm!

Rooms very clean, housekeeping do a great job. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.
Shame there aren’t coffee and tea making facilities in room, though this is a minor issue with our stay being all inclusive.

Outdoor pool is cold, so unless it’s blistering hot outside only the kids and the brave spend long in there. Indoor pool warmer and the saunas tucked away at the back a nice haven away from the hustle outside on busier days.

Food for the most part very good, puddings a little repetitive. Although if you like custard and bread pudding you are in for a treat, as that’s a daily staple.

Tery on the bar during the day is a major asset to the hotel team and Anabel in the restaurant is an absolute star and wonderful with children.

Gym, whilst a little dated there’s just about enough equipment in there to do a good cardio session and maintain your leg, shoulder, tricep and biceps during your stay. Not too much for the chest other than a pec deck but enough to keep you active.

Overall a great little hotel about 20mins walk from the beach, and thankfully far enough away from the noise of the hen and stag venues.

Lovely hotel food varied and good rooms spacious and cleaned everyday with fresh towels good location quiet but bars with entertainment just down road 10 minutes walk to beach and promenade spotlessly clean ever where pool area spacious plenty of Sun beds friendly helpful staff would recommended to anyone d effo go again

Muy buena relación calidad precio, todo limpísimo, el personal muy atento y educado, buenas instalaciones, en el todo incluido la bebida es toda de primeras marcas, bufete correcto, sin duda volveremos, muy recomendable!

La verdad una gran decepción los camareros y recepción súper estupidos muy bordes y limpieza ya ni ablo estuve ospepedada 3 días ni siquiera cambiar las toallas ni fregar suelo mi hija tiró yogur y la mesa se manchó y los tres días las mesa hay sin limpiar los camareros súper bordes el buffet de las comidas ya ni ablo tenía que pedir colacao del hotel en si histlaciones y habitaciones bien no tengo queja ninguna pero de lo demás fatal la verdad que no volveré el horario para desayunos como para cenas y comidas fatal llegamos 9 u a hora coherente para cenar a las 9,30 estaban ya quitando las bandejas y tu si terminar de cenar y más cuando va con niños que tienes que darles la cena y luego vas cenado tu pues no ellos les daba igual la verdad nunca he visto algo igual

Hotel de cuatro estrellas no merecidas. La ubicación no excelente, la playa está algo lejos. Justo enfrente tiene el Benidorm palace. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, la limpieza regular. El todo incluído se salva por las bebidas de marca. El bufett escaso y un detalle muy feo es que el agua te la den en vaso de papel, te lo ponen desde una botella grande, pero no te dan botellas si no un vaso que ellos rellenan. Las instalaciones están bien. La animación pobre y muy dirigida a extranjeros. Para un par de días bien, pero para larga estancia no. De verdad hay hoteles con tres estrellas que te dan mucho más.
