Hotel bonito, encantador, las habitaciones familiares junior suite grande, trato del personal recepción bueno,
Única pega.la comida.siempre había lo mismo cada día en el desayuno (buffet), comida tres menús que me los sé de memoria. (a la carta) y si podés algo diferente al menú. Te ponen un poco de mala cara.cena (buffet) hicieron un brócoli con bechamel.me encanta el brócoli pero estaba incomible duro no lo siguiente.vamos que se notaba que era congelado y tal como lo sacaron de la bolsa ni lo hirvieron.
Tema piscina.mucha gente dentro del agua y eso que pone aforo.pero nadie lo respecta ya se q el hotel no se puede hacer cargo pero poner un personal para controlarlo no estaría mal.sobretodo las tardes q es cuando más llena se pone.
Por todo lo demás todo genial volvería pero para estar 1 o 2 noches no una semana.

Muy contentos con la noche que pasamos en el hotel. Limpieza, comida, personal, Lógicamente no tiene una gran ubicación para ir de vacaciones a la costa. Volvería.

Está bien, limpio y con un desayuno correcto, no está cerca de nada pero en coche puedes acceder a los pueblos más cercanos relativamente fácil.

So far this hotel has proved to be a great choice for our short stay. We arrived late and the evening meal we were supposed to have had was given as lunch the following day. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. There is a bigger than usual tv. All channels can be switched to original language. The hotel is bright and modern, and the staff are super friendly and willing to answer any queries you may have. The location is a little out the way, but there are bus stops outside the hotel leading to the airport and the city of Elche. I would highly recommend this hotel. I had originally give a 5 star rating, but having come down to dinner I discovered that the dinner menu is exactly the same as the lunch menu. Disappointing ordered burger, egg and chips. Chips are frozen chips, burger was very rare and cold. The saving grace was the fried egg not a good eating experience

Fake 4* Hotel. More comparable to a 2/3* hotel. Rude staff who cannot converse in the simplest of English. The breakfast was not what you would expect of a 4* hotel, it was understaffed, the food was not topped up and generally selection was limited. The location of the hotel is terrible, buses lack frequency and do not follow bus time schedules. Taxi's are the only way of travel to civilisation for the tourist that doesn't have a car.i definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Terrible experience at reception! The stuff (a lady) when asking for a towel she asked 2€ which is fine and deposit 10€ which is fine but I had no cash, she offered no alternatives, nearest cash points is 10 to 15 walk she said. I’ve asked if they can hold on to my ID or take a card payment and they refused that, she added I cannot use the room towels either. She had a very bad attitude! To top it all up the aircon is not working needs to be activated by them at reception but they keep on putting it off at certain hours. I would not recommend it and would not stay here ever again!

Moderno, bonito, limpio. Muy amables y muy buena comida. Me encanta.
Tiene un precio muy asequible.
Tiene habitaciones amplias, y aunque está en zona de polígono, merece la pena alojarse en este hotel. Aparcamiento en la calle sin problema.

Room air conditioning less effective than in the elevator. When u arrive to the hotel in the midnight you get room hot with 25 degrees inside. And barely English speaking reception unpleasant attendant who is not trying to help you, but only want you to leave. Like in cheap hostel.
But even in cheapest hotels or hostels is much more cleaner. That hotel is just disgusting.

Ideal para comer entre semana en el restaurante, buena cocina, tranquilo y acogedor. Distinto al resto de restaurantes del parque. La zona de la piscina está genial para tomar un aperitivo cuando llega el buen tiempo

El salón de actos está muy bien para charlas y eventos y luego tomar algo en el loft del hotel

Lovely stay, comfortable beds, accommodating staff, plenty of parking.
In the middle of a new (ish) industrial estate, which meant it was quiet and cheap. Good access to airport and elche and the motorways in general. Nice pool area, unheated pool, but ok temperature.
One issue was in the layout of the hotel. They obviously designed it so you walk from the lobby in to the bar then into the restaurant area out the doors on to the outside seating area and then down the steps to the pool area. However since then, they have changed their minds and now do not like guests accessing the pool through the bar and restaurant area, which i can understand. However it means you now have to walk out the front entrance of the hotel around the side of the building and into the pool area, which completely defeats the purpose of the layout and the smooth access from room to pool without needing to exit the hotel.
Apart from this, the hotel is great.

Personal muy amable. Se puede aparcar con mucha facilidad. Las habitaciones muy bien y bien aclimatadas. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. El cuarto de baño muy bien. El desayuno esta incluido, es buffet libre y está muy bien puedes desayunar prácticamente de todo. Tiene piscina. El suelo de la habitación estaba en mal estado y un poco sucio. Lo recomiendo.

Un encanto de hotel vale la pena desplazarse a elche, así da gusto. Todo perfecto desde las instalaciones hasta el servicio y alimentación 5 estrellas por mi parte.

Hotel normalito, en medio de un poligono, tienes que tener coche para moverte. Tiene parking, en booking pone que vale 4 €, el recepcion pone que vale 5 € y luego resulta que es gratuito, no se aclaran. Los desayunos, bien, tampoco es nada del otro mundo. A la hora de la comida empeora bastante y las habitaciones normalitas. Pueden mejorar bastante.

Todo muy correcto, desde la limpieza de las habitaciones hasta el desayuno u el personal. Lo único es que esta un poco lejos de todo, pero si buscas tranquilidad es lo mejor.

Muy confortable, limpio, tranquilo y acogedor. Buen restaurante y desayuno. Muy atentos y serviciales.

Budget hotel in the middle of a industrial estate. 7 mins drive from the airport which.is the reason I used it.
I hated the soap dispensers in the bathroom and no power socket near the bed.
It is clean and fairly new with a smart looking bar, lounge and pool.

Schoon en netjes en dat alles voor een prima prijs.incl.ontbijt € 60 voor 2 personen.let op taxi naar vliegveld is minimaal € 25.00!

Hemos estado muy a gusto en este hotel. Buena atención del personal en especial de Ángela, recepcionista, una chica encantadora!
