Went into the showroom, I didn't really know 100% what model i was interested in, but Jamie was excellent, he talked me though different models and the benefits, really helpful gave me a lot to think about, excellent customer service and not too pushy like some sales I've experienced.

Called at Auto Fima Torrevieja to order replacement part for my Atos Prime. Spoke with service staff who took all details & said he would ring us back. No return call so we paid a visit again spoke to Jamie who was very cooperative & helpful and wrote our details down again & said that he would put it on service managers desk for the Monday. Still no reply from service staff so telephoned again & even provided them with the Hyundai part no & we still await a response a further 2 days on. Spares department is shambolic If I could give 0 stars Iwould the one star was for Jamie who was not directly involved but tried to help.

I am going to call Elche to complain about the answer I got from Torrevieja branch regarding the radio in my car plus other dissatisfaction.

My Wife, Helen O’Dea bought a new Hyundai Kona Hybrid last Tuesday 22/03/22). I conducted all negotiates on her behalf. We are from Ireland and have a home in La Mata. We dealt with a salesman named Jamie Price Thomas, who is from Wales. It was a great start to deal with an English speaking salesman I am 73 years of age and I am extremely fussy to know exactly what is going on and to keep on top of it. I must have nearly driven Jamie mad. Not a bit of it. He was extremely pleasant, patient and efficient at all times. In short, a pleasure to deal with. I will be going back to Jamie when I am changing this car (God willing). He is a prince among salesmen. We are very quick to complain if everything is not right but not so good at coming back to say thanks. Thank you Jamie for your friendly, professional attention at all times.
