My wife and I came from the US to buy a property in Spain. After extensive research of several cities in the Mediterranean in Spain we settled on Calpe as our number one choice. Then we needed to choose a realtor we could trust since we were foreigners. We met Antonio and immediately felt we could trust him. After he showed us multiple properties we settled on the one we felt suited us best. The sale and closing went very smooth. Antonio guided us thru the whole process. Then after the sale we would reach out to him for recommendations of a plumber, Electrician, remodeler etc. Antonio went way above what any other realtor would have done and guided us thru the remodel process long after the closing. My wife and I highly recommend Antonio and his firm for any real estate needs!

Marilyn and her husband Antonio were recommended to me by two people. Marilyn's initial valuation proved to be spot on after I tried to sell at a higher price for more than a year. I was with four agents, and subsequently had to pay a higher commission, however, it only took one agent to sell and that was Inmobres. My advice is to opt for sole agency.
The sale was managed excellently and I was given most advantagous advice which I took with the exception of once which cost me dearly.
They know their business, trust them, and good luck.

Working with Marilyn and Inmobres was an absolute pleasure and took all the stress out of property hunting. After discussing our requirements and budget Marilyn had a number of potential properties for us to view within hours. Antonio nos ha atendido fenomenal. Le hemos comprado un apartamento y plaza de garaje en primera línea de playa, y ha sabido encontrar el equilibrio justo entre comprador y vendedor.
