¡Puedo recomendar absolutamente Inversio Rentals!
En primer lugar, cuando llegamos a Valencia, nos recibieron calurosamente, el apartamento era realmente como en las fotos: nuevo, limpio, moderno, luminoso y tenía todo lo necesario para vivir, lo cual era muy importante para nuestra familia. En segundo lugar, realmente puedo decir lo mejor de los propietarios Rachael y Mennes, definitivamente son personas en las que puedes confiar. La cooperación y la comunicación fueron excelentes en todo momento, así como antes y después de mudarnos. Además, recibimos a nuestra mascota familiar con gran placer. ¡Estamos muy contentos de haber encontrado Inversio Rentals!

Todo fue como se anunció. Proceso realmente fluido de principio a fin. ¡Definitivamente usaría Inversio Rentals nuevamente!

We had a very good collaboration with Rachael and Mennes right from the start. They gave us all the details we needed and answered every time we had additional questions. The apartment we rented was exactly as in the pictures, bright, spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything necessary.

Been there several times and it is always good to rent one of the appartments. Appartments are stylisch & practical designed. Very easy to make your way towards beach and city. Defenitly worth visiting.

Stayed in the area cabanyal in 2 different apartments for more than a year. Both were very well equipped and of high standard.
When queries, Rachel was very attentive and helpful.

We arrived in Valencia on July 29 and Rachael met us at the property on Giner. We stayed for 5 weeks and everything was as promised. The property is in a great location, right next to the park and many restaurants, shops, etc. It felt safe and we had no complaints except that there was some construction next door that was loud at times. But there is a lot of construction going on in Valencia so that's normal.

Amazing experience from start to finish. We stayed in 2 apartments over the space of 1 month (July 2022). Both were in fantastic locations and in great condition, with well stocked kitchens and an attention to detail that made them feel like home. The hosts are very attentive and available - just great people in general. I highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment in one of the best locations in Valencia. Modern, minimalistic, spacious and bright. You can literally walk to Park Turia within 10 min and also have a lot of grocery stores around within 3 min by foot. Plus Rachael and Mennes are super attentive and responsive hosts.

I've been travelling around for a long time and this apartment was one of the best I've ever seen.

The apartment is incredibly luminous, very cozy and finely decorated. It has something that makes you feel at home from the first moment you set foot in it.

The area is very quiet but also a few steps away from the city centre.

Internet was the fastest I've ever found among Airbnb and similar.

I highly recommend this place!

Friends of ours recommended Inversio Rentals - we needed a fully furnished apartment for 4 months with as least hassle as possible. They delivered! We rented Apartment Sagunto and just loved it. Great, communication from Rachael and a fair contract. To top it all - our little dog was fully welcomed.

I don't usually write reviews but making an exception only because the place is amazing. Excellent location, immaculately maintained, easy to work with host which is fluent in several languages.just to name a few positives. I had some great apartments before but none that checked all the boxes like this one. Go for it without hesitation, you will not be sorry.

We had a great stay here in Valencia for a few months. We’re an Expat family so we needed a place that we could feel at home in straight away-and this didn’t disappoint! The apartment was lovely, bright, perfectly clean, comfortable and the communication was wonderful. I’d highly recommended staying here!
