Jet2holidays, Alicante

A Very good experience as we weren't sure if it was open on a Sunday morning we got all our flight and transfer information very quickly, just a shame that our hotel didn't have the same information at hand!

Landed in Alicante yesterday just as Spanish government announce from midnight all bars pubs clubs and restaurants to close for minimum 14 days can’t get through to jet 2 customer line and nothing on their website

Food was varied but cold. Music and entertainment was Spanish. When english music played it was turned down.bar area was seperate to reception and drinks facilities in reception. Either during day had to go how stairs. Night entetaint upstairs was nothing Would not recommend this hotel but would recommend jet2 holidays and will be booking soon for this year. But different hotel.we ate out most days due to food being cold. Even though we were all incl.

Can't fault this holiday company, just wish they fly gambia or long haul my be in the future. You are the number 1 for us no hassel company with a good price.

Horrible como conducen esos autobuses, ya me he topado con varios y ponen en peligro la vida de los pasajeros y de otros vehiculos más pequeños. No cojan esos autobuses! Muy mala fama! (ALICANTE)

Would have given you a five if I hadn't gone all around the houses with info from the helpline number. The rep. And travel agent on booking my check in. Finally went to the office in benidorm where someone finally explained things correctly and printed out my boarding pass etc.
