Convenient luggage storage located in the historic centre of Valencia. Staff is friendly and quick, and it is a breeze to check in your bags. For smaller items it is only €5 and you have your own code to the locker that only you know. For larger items it is €8 and the bag is kept behind the counter. Easy drop off and pick up.

Location is easy to find. Stuff is friendly. Even i came little bit late they opened the door and offered the service. They work from 10: 00am-8: 00pm. Very useful solution as the train station do not have the luggage keeping services due to Covid, as they explained.

Needed to store our luggage for several hours. The young lady was extremely helpful, very cheerful and friendly. She also arranged a taxi to take us to the airport and walked round the corner to show us where it was waiting. Also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to use this service.

A safe, secure place to store luggage and very reasonably priced too. Staff are also ver friendly.

Lock & be free offre un servizio veloce, efficiente e sicuro nel centro di Valencia, a due passi dal Mercato. La cordialità e i sorrisi del personale sono un valore aggiunto! Ho utilizzato la prenotazione online così da avere anche la possibilità di posare gratis uno zaino. Consigliato!

Very nice and safe place to leave your luggage, the attention of the people who work there and the prices are really good as well, I would recommend 100%.

Company tries to overcharge you. Had to pay extra for some small stuff that was in the (almost empty) locker with the piece of luggage, while the website states; ''And now leave your backpack free when you leave your suitcase! '''. After confronting them, they said it is only free if you show the website when entering the shop. So check and compare the prices online and in the shop! Do not trust what the employees say.

SCOOTER RENTAL. Please keep in mind, that “per day” means per battery. They wont give you another scooter if you went for a ride and your battery run out in two hours. And they DID NOT explain this.

Un timo en toda regla. 5 € por pieza, sin importar el tamaño, por día (no por horas).

Si te pasó como a nosotros que llevábamos 5 bultos pequeños (maletas pequeñas y mochilas) que cabían en 2 taquillas sin problemas, te cobran 25 €! Casi podríamos haber cogido otra noche de hostal solo para las maletas!

Si encima tienes que dejar la habitación del hostal a las 10h y tienes el tren a las 16h, pagas casi a 4€ la hora!

Terrible service. You pay for the whole day price but get only 2 hours of working scooter in reality. They charge you again for battery recharge. Don't trust them

Muy amable la chica que nos atendió explicando todo bien. Me pareció muy útil ya que el último día dejé mi habitación a las 11a.m. Y aproveché todo el día sin estar pendiente de las maletas.muy seguro. Me costó 5€ por maleta y 3€ por mochila. 100% recomendable y un horario amplio.
