7I had been in discussion with one off their agents for a couple of months. We had given them our requirements, which were very few & we hoped to see one of their properties when we came to Spain. They promised to send us lots off properties to get an idea, they only sent 2. We got there & I had to keep contacting the agent as she didn't contact us. I arranged a time & day. She contacted to say the property we wanted to see was gone & she'd contact me about other listings she'd lined up. Well that didnt happen. I contacted her 3 times the day before our meeting & nothing. She finally contacted me via voice note, the other property we told her about was someone else's & they didn't work together. She said that there was nothing on the market in our price range & we should contact another agent. This was 8pm the night before our last day. She dumped us without doing any work for us. She led us on promising the world & delivered nothing. It was breathtaking how callously we had been treated. I would stay well away from these guys, they are not to be trusted. AND. There was plenty of properties withing our price range. Lucky for us we had a contingency lined up because we felt she'd do something like this on us. Your loss, not only did they not get this sale but the next 2 properties we have lined up to purchase for our portfolio will not be coming from these time wasters.
