Very rude and aggressive member of staff (Black/ dark haired, larger woman) demanded that we take our 8week old puppy, which I was carrying in a backpack on my chest, out of the store immediately. I did so and my partner remained inside to continue the shopping. He consequently had the opportunity to question why it was such a health and safety issue because the puppy was not in any way in contact with produce or the shop fittings. She once again aggressively responded that “it is a dog” to which my partner responded that she was a dog. He was asked to repeat that three times at which point he was thrown out of the shop. I understand that Iceland may have a zero tolerance policy on verbal abuse of staff members, however I suggest they have a policy on polite customer service. Aggression breeds aggression and good manners cost nothing.

Excellent, good shopping place, but some of the stuff is expensive, can buy it cheaper at gama supermarket, but l do enjoy the pork pies, and l wish they would make the gimster pasties bigger

Very expensive, prices marked in pounds and on some items more than double in euros, only go for the necessities, saving grace is the staff are very helpful

It's always simple to shop here! Plenty of parking and rapid service at the checkout! Plenty of British products that we are used to on display! But beware! It's very easy to go in and overspend! Lol.

Si quieres conseguir productos ingleses, este es tu súper. Aunque es bastante caro. Pero no está mal para darte un capricho de vez en cuando.

Has loads of stuff you can't get in Spanish supermarkets, English sliced loafs, sauces and all the usual frozen food, I'd say things are 10% to 30% dearer than UK prices depending on the product, but still worth it!

I am pleased it exists allowing the possibility of buying products that you miss from the UK. I always try to visit it on the run up to Christmas.

Has most of the goods you'd expect in an english shop. A bit chaotic in the run up to christmas tho. A change around was confussing.

Carries most things for ex pats but now getting very pricey. Good parking, staff mostly friendly although some could doing a little better.
