Servicio pésimo. Y tardan la vida en recogerte y una mala organización que no tiene nada que ver con la zona y lo que te cobran.

Muy buen servicio, tenía una urgencia y el taxista llegó muy puntual a destin. Relación precio-calidad, excelente!

Una basura de servicio, te dicen que mandan un taxi un no llega nunca. Luego no te cogen el teléfono. Vamos, nefasto servicio, no les volvería a llamar

Nos dicen que vienen y no aparece nadie, para que nos contesten por teléfono tenemos que llamar mil veces, la verdad que deja mucho que desear los taxis en Jávea

Despues de varias llamadas no nos fué posible conseguir un taxi y nos quedamos sin poder ir al sitio que pretendiamos.
Fatal el servicio

Servicio pésimo, llamamos para ver la disponibilidad de un taxi y nos atendió una tal Antonia. Fue muy maleducada, nos habló de malas formas y no nos resolvió ninguna duda.

I cannot believe the rudeness of the taxi driver. This is my experience, my partner’s family live in Javea (english speakers). We were at the Pinosol Kiosko, my gf called Radio Taxi Javea and one taxi came. We were few of us so we needed to split in different taxis, her dad asked the Taxi driver if could ask for more taxis to come, he said yes and started speaking in Spanish with the central. I am Spanish so I understood what he was saying, ‘a drunk guy is trying to jump in my taxi (absolutely no true). I went to him and said, this person who you just called drunk is my father in law. He did not apologise and only said ‘come in’. My partner and I went in, then he said very rude ‘close the door, don’t you see I am in the middle of the road (Pinosol has a huge parking and big space for other cars to pass). We went in and left, as we left I noticed that the machine was marking €12, so I asked him what was the reason, he said that they always add €6 at the pick up point and as he was waiting for 15 mins the rate increased (again not true, as it took us no more than 1 min to be in the taxi). Then he continued speaking on the radio with other taxi about the drunk guy at the Kiosko (my father in law). I stepped in and spoke to him (Spanish) saying that he needed to stop being so rude and also to drive safe, as he was going really fast in dark and small roads. He started complaining and being aggressive towards me. He charged me €17 for a ride of 5 mins. Awful experience and don’t recommend to anyone.

I used them twice. The first time I had to wait over an hour for the taxi. The second time I struggled to get through to dispatch but then taxi arrived within a reasonable amount of time. Driver, car and actual driving were very good, both times.

Pas mal en général, mais ça m'est déjà arrivé de tomber sur des chauffeurs qui fesaient semblant de ne pas trouver l'adresse

Pedí un taxi, eran sobre las 16: 30 h. Tenía que ir a Alicante, a consulta de un especialista. Tras mucho esperar, no se presentó. Perdí la cita. Cuando llamé a la consulta, me dieron otra, pues me dijeron que requerían puntualidad.

No entiendo cómo hay tan pocos taxis en Jávea! Y eran mediados de septiembre, que aún había gente y ambientillo.

El peor servicio de taxi en el mundo. Media hora esperando y nada, llamo y me dice que lo reclama al taxista, han pasado 15 minutos más y todavía nada, ahora ni siquiera tienen encendido el teléfono.

Tardan mucho en coger el teléfono. Te dicen que envían el taxi y media hora después tienes que volver a llamar para reclamarlo.

Fatal. Llamo y me dicen que están todos ocupados y que me lo envían en canto haya uno libre. Tras media hora esperando llamo varias veces y nadie me lo coge. 1 hora llevo ahora mismo en la estación de bus de Jávea esperando. Pésimo servicio, te dejan literalmente tirado.

El trato del chico que coge el telefono un impresentable, pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner menos. Así de claro

Before ordering the taxi I looked at the reviews and it wasn’t very encouraging… But it was trying or walking up the hill under 38 degrees for an hour… I downloaded the app 1Taxi! And ordered the taxi: I could choose the pick up time and it arrived 15 minutes after but the app gives you the status. The lady driver was super friendly and she confirmed sometimes there’s a bit of wait, but this time for me, it’s five stars!

Shocking experience and if I could give no stars, I would. Ordered a taxi, waited an hour - didn’t show and when we spoke to the office they said the car had broken down and a new one was coming…I asked what I thought was a reasonable question - how long…answer was we’re really busy, will get there as soon as possible!
Turned out it might be up to two hours. Cancelled the order…and then 30 minutes later I get a call to say that a taxi had arrived - after we were in town! First (and last) time we’ll be using this company

Un desastre.después de esperar hora y pico, aclaro que no nos quedaba otra porque es una zona (restaurante la barraca) que no se puede acceder con coches, el teléfono se cierra y no contestan.el taxista ha sido muy majo, pero la empresa deficiente. UBER, CABifY O Bolt y se soluciona.
