Résidence Pierre et Vacances Altea Beach, Alicante

Un lugar precioso para ir a descansar junto al mar. El apartamento tiene un balcón de lujo desde donde se puede ver todo el mar y escuchar las olas al anochecer. Abajo hay un chiringuito donde el trato es muy amable. El casco antiguo de Altea está a 10 minutos en coche.

Lo único bueno es la localización y las vistas. El edificio y habitaciones están descuidados, les hace falta un poco de mantenimiento.
En la zona hay poco parking y medio te obligan a dejarlo dentro habiendo bastante aparcamiento a unos 200 metros (temporada baja), en temporada alta mejor reservar parking antes de ir, es posible que se llene.

Las piscinas también son un poco pequeñas y sin vistas a la playa, son interiores.

Apartamentos ideales con muy buena ubicación, limpios y a destacar su gran terraza con preciosas vistas al mar.

Buenas instalaciones, habitaciones, muy limpias y bien equipadas, mejoraría los sofas y la lencería de las camas que están muy viejas

Esta bien un apartamento para cuatro con bastante espacio, buenas vistas al mar, está en primera fila de playa.

Llegamos y nos dieron una habitación sin limpiar conforme estamos en esto de covid-19, nos cambiaron y nos pusieron en una que no iba el aire, ni el calentador ni había mucha presión. UNA VERGÜENZA.

Alojamiento muy tranquilo, limpio y en buen estado. Con una orientación magnífica, a 30 metros de la playa. Las vistas desde su terraza es muy bonita. Incluye aparcamiento.

Wiffi no funciona bien con lo cual la televisión tampoco por lo demás bien.
Preciosas vistas y relajantes

Apartamentos con unas vistas espectaculares. Tienen un tamaño bien para 4 personas y una terraza muy grande.
Les falta un poco de mantenimiento o cuidado, pero nada imprescindible.
La mujer de recepción muy antipatica, ya que lo teníamos contratado con otra chica que estaba unas plantas más arriba.
La ubicación no me gustó, esta bastante apartado y no hay muchos bares donde comer.
Sólo hemos estado un fin de semana

El sitio esta muy tranquilo. La playa es de piedras, pero estuvimos en noviembre y hacía una temperatura espectacular. Ideal por su ubicacion para visitar toda la costa alicantina.

Sitio espectacular.llevamos varios años yendo de vacaciones allí. Ya toca cambiar los colchones sobre todo el del sofá cama

️ BAD, I WARN YOU, do NOT stay here!

True, the view is pretty and the apartment is big. But it turned out to be a less fun experience.
There was NO receptionist when I arrived despite I was told check in starts at 14 h. The phone number I tried to call, did not exist.
Fortunately there was a phone number that worked (out of the 2 that I could find on the building), but that was NOT for the apartments, but for Capitania. Fortunately the lady at Capitania (marine port) tried to help me. I then finally got to speak to the woman from reception, but she told me straight that reception doesn't open until 17 that is 3 HOURS later! Did she expect me to wait outside the building with my luggage for this long!?
Fortunately someone with a key for the building came then and she (a stranger) helped me to get in. The receptionist then told me she would do me a "favor", let me get in to the apartment! But this was because the stranger knew the receptionist! Wow!
Talking on the phone with reception she said that at 17 h I should come to reception with my passport. Did she expect me to do this? Would I sit around for 3 hours for that? How ironic! Here I am paying for a relaxed day off and she expects me to waste half of that!?
But that's not all. Then when I was taking my bath, right in the middle of it NO hot water! I waited for about 15 min, still no hot water hours later. Also beds are cheap mattress and when I went to bed, no blankets for the night. What if it had been really cold!?
And there was NO way to contact reception since its CLOSED and there was NO contact number!
Just NOT OK. And it doesn't end here.
YOU MUST CARRY YOUR TRASH OUT when you leave the place, or you may receive an EXTRA CHARGE!? Also be aware that in winter season there is NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT nor even a small supermarket, the place is FAR AWAY from life, quite isolated out here in winter. The beach is NOT SAND, but stones and the pool is so small behind the building in the shadow. Also it was DIRTY!
And internet doesn't work.
Still it's NOT CHEAP to stay here.
If I had known all this, I would have NEVER come here!

Muy cómodo y con unas vistas preciosas. Muy bien situado.

Demasiado caro para la ubicación, mini "playa" de piedras, estuvimos en temporada baja, en general no lo recomendable

En primera línea de playa y zona muy tranquila. Los apartamentos son muy amplios y luminosos. Admiten mascotas y, además, tienen el detalle de regalarles un kit.

Apartment was nice had dishwasher and washing machine as well as normal facilities no kettle tho but used saucepan. It was quite spacious with a nice view. A few nice restaurants nearby but supermarket up steep hill and no transport nearby. Not really anything to do in this area so had to get cabs to get out.

Tengo que decir, que no esta mal, grandes vistas en un gran lugar, personal amable si vas a la empresa de arriba, la chica de la empresa de la entrada, antipatica y muy desagradable.
Colchones incomodos, y apartamentos poco insonorizados, se escucha todo, y cuando digo todo es todo. Se ve que estan empezando y les esta costando, con el empeño que le ponen, lo lograran.
