Restaurante Punta Negra, Dénia

Ubicado en el hotel Les Rotes, con unas vistas e instalaciones fantásticas. El restaurante es muy bonito y acogedor, recomiendo estar en la terraza con vistas a la piscina y los jardines, por la noche es espectacular.
De la comida y el precio no puedo hablar mucho, ya que fuimos con un bono de smartbox, así que el menú era cerrado. Pero lo que comimos (solomillo con foie, pescado, jamón y queso, almejas y postre) estuvo muy rico. La atención del personal exquisita, rápidos y serviciales.
En definitiva, una experiencia muy agradable, sin duda volveremos.

I came here for my birthday dinner and it was a disaster. Food was just disgusting and not properly cooked. We booked a specific table which was not ready (despite us being 20min late). They knew it was a birthday dinner yet no one in the staff thought about wishing me my birthday. When my mother booked the table for my birthday, she was told to bring HER OWN CAKE. The quality of the food was BAD, a salad with mostly canned ingredients, not ripped tomatoes. Food can be simple, we are totally cool with it, but at least get good quality ingredients. My mother and I ordered the lamp should, which was obviously frozen? The poor guy came to our table to cut it and he struggled so much. The meat was so chewy and elastic: impossible to eat. Our guest were not lucky either (raw carrots with the fish, a fish from a different breed than initially announced.). We didn't eat our main and decided to leave. We shared with many waiters that the food was bad and the only reply was "Yes you need to share with us, it's important that you share with us rather than somewhere else", yet no actions were taken. We ended up talking to the manager, who was very argumentative and unapologetic. He told us, "you don't like the food you don't pay for the food, just the drinks" and left us with no apologies. Of course we accepted the commercial gesture: 30€ per person for food that we barely touched and no one enjoyed.
My birthday dinner was ruined, we all went back home to sleep. The waiters are at least polite, yet no one wished me my birthday despite my mother repeating it multiple times. Plus there are a lot of flying ants there - they probably have very little control over it - but it was all over my plate!
