San Juan Beach Apartment, 03540 Alicante

This place is amazing, it has all the facilities you need. Oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery. It's fully equipped with two bathrooms, with washing soap hand soap shampoo. You can actually live here. It is also super clean and we'll renovated. Don't be fooled by the outside of the building. It has a double security lock AND a place to park a car. So if you rent a car, it's even better. The supermarket is 3 mins away the mas y mas. The sea is also a couple of min away and so is the bus stop if you want to go to the city center! It's relaxed and not as crowded as the city center. The wifi is also good. I tested it with 100mbit up and 100 mbit down.and it's connected to the smart tv, which has YouTube and Netflix built in. Every room has a ceiling fan and spacious closets with an ironing board and ironer. Communication with Roberto was great and very friendly!

The place is a bit expensive and has no pool or balcony. Rent it with a couple (5) friends and you'll be fine! I went there in July prices are a bit higher.

Increíble ubicación en la playa de San Juan, muy cerca de la playa, unos 100 metros.
Los anfitriones geniales, muy cercanos y nos dieron muchas recomendaciones de la zona.
Muy limpio y cuidado todo.
Repetiremos mi familia y yo seguro.
