Muy mala experiencia, personal muy borde y en cuanto a la comida, todos los platos tienen el mismo sabor, me he sentido timada. Nunca volvería a ese sitio.

Con su comentario creo que sobra explicar el punto del trato del personal, pues con tal propietario que se puede esperar de los trabajadores, si piensa que el trato a la hora de pedir información, de cobrar, de pedir bebidas.etc no afecta a su negocio permiteme, con todo el respeto, aconsejarle algún tipo de curso, puesto que, la ignorancia es el peor enemigo de un negocio.
En ningún momento mencioné el dinero, así que gratis no buscaba, al final 12 € me parece un precio justo para descubrir sitios a los que no debo ir.
Me da mucha pena limitar una historia gastronómica llena de sabor y de vida como la es la gastronomía hindú a su local, donde todo es al Curry, Insisto, el problema es que todo sabe igual, cosa que está muy lejos de ser una gastronomía de tal tamaño.
No me trate de ignorante de este tipo de comida porque, seguramente, he probado mejor comida hindú que la que está en su local.

Increíble restaurante indio, con opción de buffet libre. Probé todos los platos y todos deliciosos, cada uno con su sabor único. El servicio muy atento desde que entramos por la puerta hasta que salimos, no tardaron ni 5 minutos en atendernos una vez sentados. Y al terminar la comida, instantáneamente se llevaron los platos, y por si alguien lo piensa, el restaurante estaba prácticamente lleno.

Una gran sorpresa descubrir este restaurante tan cerca de casa. 100% recomendado volveré seguro

Salsas muy ricas pero los postres dejan que desear. Para mí lo mejor han sido las lentejas. Eso sí, muy poca variedad para ser buffet libre.
Para el precio que es (11'95€ adultos), está bastante bien.
PD: el agua (no solo refrescos) entra gratis en el buffet y puedes pedir las que quieras.

Went twice to shahi restaurant and on both ocassions, the food and service was great. We went for the buffet when we first visited. Food was well presented, freshly prepared and full of flavours. Second visit and we chose to order from the menu. The food was again equally very appetizing and tasty. Waiter was really friendly and polite. I can recommend this restaurant and we will be back again.

The owner replied that I lied.
Not true. I am telling the truth and more than happy to come again tomorrow so you can say that to my face. Go ahead and tell me time and see I will be there.

Waited 1hr20 for our food.

The meat is definitely not fresh. 100% guaranteed.

The waiter apologized but only at the time of the bill. He clearly saw we didn’t eat the food but didn’t care.

My kids went away hungry because of this place tonight. Minus -10 out of 10

I paid 30€ on a bill of 54.95€ and walked away.

Even that was too much and just out of charity.

Muy bueno todo. Buen servicio y todo riquísimo, algo más de queso en el chesse Naan, ya hubiera sido de escándalo. Pero todo muy bueno. 100% recomendable.

I just ate here with my family. They have a large selection of foods available as well as vegetarian options. They have seats inside and outside and also have a buffet which i very much recommended. Service was amazing and could not be faulted. I highly recommend families to come here too. Pricing was also okay. €60 for 4 people

First of all no waiter came and asked if the food was OK!?
Their was a guy sitting outside warning other guest to leave as soon as possible because he was waiting for more than 2 hours to get his takeaway!
There more complaining customers outside who regretted ordering food from your place!
Talk about “man-o-salwa”, a professional who replies on an honest review like you has probably never heard about authentic Indian/Pakistani Cousine!
We are staying at one of Valencias Top Resorts and can therefore clearly different between poor food/service/standards.
We’ve send all the food back! I dont know were you saw empty plates? !

To add to the Fish Tikka situation:
We ordered the grill plater without the Fish but still received dry Fish bits and some meat from an unknown animal. The whole platter was returned!

But your reply proves that all the negative comments you received are true!

️Before the owner replies back in his rude way like he did on all other negative comments, I’d to say that if you look at all the positive comments they come from spanish people who have no idea how real “Pakistani/Indian food” taste like. ️

I went with my husband and two children for dinner and our reservation was at 8pm. By the time starters were served it was 8.45pm. We had the mixed grill plater for starters and were so disappointed to see that the Seekh Kebabs werent made by hand instead they were those you buy frozen in a batch and reheat them in the microwave. Chicken Tikka was dry so was the fish Tikka.

Around 9.30pm our main course was served. We ordered Lamb Curry, Biryani, 4 Naan and Chana Pulao.
The Naan was served at around 10pm.
We didnt even touch the Naan because everyone was tired.
The picture of the Lamb curry speaks for itself. It had a weird coconut flavour to it and was very watery. The Biryani had a hair in it. My kids complained about stomach pain after eating 4 spoons of their Chana Pulao.

In Conclusion:
We only ate 4-5 spoons of each dish and send everything back. We are from Pakistan and the food was just an insult.
The waiter presented us a bill of 55€ for food that was hardly touched.
After seeing our disappointed faces he gave us a discount of 17€. We gave him 30€ instead and left.

I wish I gave those 30€ to a homeless person instead.

Increíble experiencia en Shahi restaurante. Comida exquisita y trato muy respetuoso, de 10. Excelente relación calidad precio. Repetiremos, gracias.

I found this restaurant online looking for delivery and when I saw the reviews I thought the food must be at its peak, didn’t order online but next day occasionally passing through Av. Ibáñez at lunch time I went in and ordered 3 plates. The Samosa Chaat was delicious and was my favorite, lamb Shekh kebab was dry and tasted like a dry wood with lots of Oregano. The chicken Vindalu which was supposed to be very spicy didn’t even taste spicy.
The server was a very polite and calm guy and did his job very well, even though he didn’t take my comments seriously about Shekh kebab I still Liked his service and nice behavior.

Hemos ido a comer con la opción de buffet y ha sido una experiencia para repetir. Estaban todos los platos muy ricos, el camarero muy amable y atento, repetiremos sin duda

Buen restaurante para probar y comer comida india. Ofrecen menús de degustación según comensales, ofrecen menú buffet libre y también ofrecen menú de carta. La comida está muy rica, muy elaborada. Repetiremos.

Muy recomendable. Pocos buffets tienen barra libre de bebidas y para su rango de precios está muy bien, puedes probar más de 10 currys diferentes en general muy sabrosos y la terraza en esta época está increíble. Cómo único punto negativo por sacar alguno es que los postres flaquean un poco, si tuvieran algún helado ya sería perfecto.

Estupenda, la comida buenísima el trata espectacular, y el precio muy bueno ya que la calidad es excelente.

Nos gustó mucho el buffet libre, la comida estaba muy rica y el servicio es excelente. Además el precio está muy bien e incluye toda la bebida que quieras.

He ido varias veces y la comida está muy buena, pero el servicio no es muy rápido, de ahí la valoración.

Buen ambiente, trato excelente y comida buena. Carta muy amplia pero poca disponibilidad real de platos y por ello optamos por el menú de degustación pero algunos platos no estaban tan sabrosos cómo pensaba según las reseñas y por tanto me resultó un poco caro.

El restaurante es bastante pequeño y como tiene el buffet con los platos calentados con unos quemadores, pues hace bastante calor y olor. La comida del buffet está buena, pero hay varios platos con la misma salsa. Hay pollo, cordero, verdura, pescado, arroz y 4 salsas para acompañar. Al pedir el buffet te traen el pan y el resto lo coges tú. Fui un sábado al buffet fueron 15€ + bebida. Hay 4 postres para elegir en el buffet. No hay gran variedad pero bueno en general. Los camareros atentos y el local bien decorado. El próximo día iremos a la carta y probaremos a ver si los platos recién hechos están mejor que los del buffet recalentados. Relación calidad precio buena. Volveremos.

Excelentes opciones en el menú y todos los platos que pedí estaban bien presentados y muy auténticos. Me encantó el cóctel curry y este tipo de curry que nunca tuve en ningún otro restaurante indio. Salsa cremosa muy rica y la carne era muy tierna. El servicio extremadamente amable y todos los camareros eran muy atentos. Fui con el grupo de 22 amigos para celebrar mi cumpleaños y a todos nos encantó. Puedo recomendar totalmente
