50Selbst kurz vor Feierabend war das Personal sehr zuvor kommend und freundlich. Das Auto ist sauber und gepflegt, fast neuwertig. Wir können das Unternehmen nur empfehlen.
Staff polite, car was very good, and everything seemed to be as pre-booked. However, they added the "protection package comfort" - bringing excess charges to nil - without properly explaining or advising me of the cost. This package may be nice to have, should be entirely my choice. In effect, I was not given the chance to discuss it, or the option to refuse it, so my final bill was more than 300 Euros over the estimate. It was clearly a means of getting more money from me, and was deliberate, not a misunderstanding - my Spanish is fluent (and far better than the assistant's English). I was very disappointed that a company like Sixt would allow this.
Great experience from online booking, crew at the counter, collecting the car and returning it. Price was fair and service was excellent. Hats off to the team at VLC airport!
Pas de contrôle du véhicule en commun lors de la remise avec SIXT. Pas de contrôle en commun lors de la restitution, et bien sûr un dommage a été constaté deux jours après la remise dans le parking de l'aéroport de Valencia par l agence SIXT sans que je puisse voir le dommage? C'est une escroquerie, car j'ai rendu le véhicule en parfait état, identique au jour de la remise le 30 octobre 2019. C'est une honte.

No se pudo cambiar el punto de retorno del automóvil. Hay un contestador automático y una página web larga. No he podido apuntar por letras! Era muy dificil!
Very helpful staff and very friendly. Not the clearest entry into the car hire area but that’s a minor irritant. Would definitely recommend the staff at Sixt
No problem but i'm not comfortable with the lack of a common damage check at the beginning and at the end of the location (mail after i left with the car) and I don't appreciate a 300€ caution blocked on my account.
Super amable el chico de la taquilla no recuerdo su nombre (fue el 5 de septiembre 2019) y la chica que me entrego el coche también todo rápido y muy claro alquilare otra vez con Sixt
